Corvette Sucks THE Reason Why Will Shock You
CORVETTE IS BADASS BUT
You can’t get things from HomeDepot lol So there I was just relaxing on a Sunday and you know how that one thing you have been putting off forever starts to eat at your mind! For me, on this day, it was the water hose…time to go get the water hose roll up holder for the water hose from Home Depot…, so my son and I grab the cool car and hit the Depot… job complete…get to the car with the water hose holder….and damn it barely fits with my son in the car…response from son where do I sit……
So kid fit, hose holder fit…. We are resourceful but I’m not saying it was safe….later I thought to myself what if the airbag had to deploy… thank goodness it didn’t…. A water hose holder punch to the face during a collision doesn’t sound pleasant….lesson learned…no more Home Depot runs in the Vette 💪🏼

Exercising Can Cure PTSD? Watch and See!
Regular exercise has been proven to have many benefits for mental health, including the potential to help alleviate symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Exercise is a natural way to release endorphins, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, exercise provides an outlet for any pent-up emotions and can help individuals to feel a sense of control over their bodies and minds.
For those struggling with PTSD, incorporating exercise into their daily routine can be an important part of their healing journey. Whether it's a solo jog, a group fitness class, or a team sport, physical activity can offer a sense of purpose, camaraderie, and achievement. Exercise can also help individuals to develop a positive self-image, which can be especially important for those struggling with the aftermath of trauma.
While exercise may not be a cure for PTSD, it can be a valuable tool in managing symptoms and promoting overall mental wellness. So, if you or someone you know is struggling with PTSD, consider incorporating regular exercise into your routine as a part of your healing journey.
