What I LOVE about Restorative Yoga is that anyone can do it!! It's ideal for absolute beginners and advanced yogis alike, it's ideal if you have been away from Yoga for a while, or if you practice every single day...
So... roll out your mat, invite your family and try these poses! I really think you will love them!!
✨ Seated Forward Fold - This pose stretches and relaxes the entire back of the body.
✨ Bridge Pose - This is one of my FAV poses to open the chest! You can use a block and relax into the pose, or if you want more, clasp your hands behind your back and breathe deeply.
✨ Reclining Twist - I just love twists! It just feels so good and twists are also amazing to help detox the body!
✨ Reclined Cow Face - This is a great hip opener, this supine variation is ideal for beginners, makes for easy access to opening the hips, knees, and also stretches the glutes.
✨ Savasana - This is where the magic happens, this final relaxation allows the body to absorb and take full advantage of the benefits of your practice.
