Mindfully dig a well and add buttermilk. With your hands pull the flour over the milk sort of scooping and folding. Imagine this is life you are conjuring. It needs the Goldilocks treatment. Just enough loving attention to pull together a dough. Too wet? Add a little flour. Too dry a little more milk. Gently knead the dough a few times in your bowl. Gingerly turn your dough onto dusted surface. Flatten lightly into a disc, the roll to 1/2”-3/4” thick. Using the small canning ring dipped in flour cut bisquits. Bake at 425 for 10-12 min.
