Ever get the sense that something is just going to get you at any moment? Or that whatever you are feeling is about to just kill you but there's no evidence that it's going to happen but your brain just believes that? Well this is what impending doom is. This is literally one of my most disturbing symptoms of Anxiety that I am currently struggling with. It is so hard to convince my brain my that I am safe.
