There are not enough words in the vocabulary to describe a cat. On the one hand, they are adorable balls of fluff, able to express incredible amounts of love from such tiny creatures. Cats are really smart pets, but sometimes they can be a little bit foolish and they always find a way to make us laugh, whether they are playing peek a boo with us or they find themselves in hysterical situations! They love games, especially something that involves fast movements. Cats are such curious and funny creatures! It does not take much for them to find something that will preoccupy them for longer than one might expect. Just check out this video clip and see how a simple laser pointer can keep your kitties entertained for quite some time! The video shows some kitties are chasing laser pointer dot on a hamster wheel. Their owner moves the dot on the wheel, and one cat continues to jump pretty high while the other, bigger and wiser cat is waiting for the dot to “fall”. We bet all of them could go on with it all day long without getting bored or tired. If someone gives up here at all, it will be the human, not the cats! Cats are independent as the rising sun. They see everything with their noble feline eyes; they purr like a well-oiled engine strong and loud, and wind around his owner’s legs at mealtimes, they love resting on a lap for strokes. It is recognized that all kitties are the native hunter. Plus, they are extremely curious! So, it is no surprise that most of them will try to catch and chase anything that moves, especially if it is more petite in size than them! LOL! I am not sure why, but nothing can get cats quite as excited as a laser pointer. There is just something about that moving red dot that makes them go crazy. Perhaps they respond this way because they think that the dot is active and therefore worth catching? Either way, when kitties see a laser pointer dot, they are strong-minded to get it!
