The GPS, in the shortest distance mode, tries to comply. In this case, it was a very well paved, single lane road that was suppose to shorten the distance between two points. It as not paved all the way requiring a turn around.

Saw this while traveling through Parkersburg, WV. The sign says "Hit the brakes Not the Building"

The Lazy River Ride from the Windy 9, Athens, OH

Memorial Day Tribute in what I think is the town of New Lexington, OH. Each lamp post has a flag and a picture of someone how served and was lost in combat. Lynn counted 50 plus images/pictures.

Windy 9 Black Diamond Ride. We did not finish the whole ride, sort of got boring but the videos shows that the route is through, what my wife identified as wilderness areas.

Ohio Route 7 head north: Ohio River Scenic Byway.

This is part of our ride down Hurricane Road in Ohio (or was it West Virginia, I forget). It was not planned. It is a very rough road with lots of wash outs but some very nice houses on the road so I guess they all accept the roads condition.

Crossing the Ohio River From Kentucky to Ohio

Ride through VA, TN, and KY. Its four lane but rural and little traffic. Nice weather.
