Penny and Jasper are rescue dogs that were meant to be together! We adopted Penny from a city shelter when she was 6 months old and then found Jasper at a rescue almost 2 1/2 years later when he was about 2 years old. They hit it off immediately and have been inseparable ever since. Their antics keep us laughing! We hope you'll enjoy some snippets from their dog-sibling life.
