The gym has changed my life and taught me many important life lessons. It’s a place where I go to no matter what mood I’m in. It’s where I find peace within myself. When I think of the gym I don’t just think about getting bigger, stronger or leaner. It’s not only about a transformation of my physique or an improved body image. I think discipline. I think community, friendships, willpower, drive and commitment. The gym helped me rebuild my identity. It’s taught me discipline. It’s taught me patience. It’s taught me commitment. It’s taught me consistency. It’s taught me how to reduce stress. It sharpens my mind and keeps me focused. I don’t care what you do, whether it’s boxing, weight lifting, or whatever. I love seeing people work hard to better themselves no matter where they might be on their journey. From the complete beginner to the elite, you all inspire me and push me to work harder and do my best to help others. The gym has made me a better person. I owe it everything 💯📈
