TLDR: Hard pass. You made choices, and it hurt people, you pay the piper for what you've done. Full stop. That said, there's something to be found when we talk about forgiveness from a biblical perspective, which is absolutely core to what the concept of forgiveness as self-care talks about. Not only can you have justice with accountability and prevention, and forgiveness, but it's the best outcome you can have.
