Recipe for stir-fried pea sprouts with scallops and egg white, I will cook it in two steps 1) Ingredients for stir-fried pea sprouts include: 2 pounds of pea sprouts/shoots 1 / 4 cup of chicken broth 1 tsp of salt 2 tsp of sugar. Share a very basic recipe I like to make at home! You can use canned beans or dried beans. I use the 15 beans and soaked them overnight. Cook time is about 45 minutes including preparation and cook but the soup is so creamy and tasty with loads of proteins and veggies and ham flavor!
