SCOTUS June 26, 2024: Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a native of New Orleans, writes for the majority in striking down the Fifth Circuit’s ruling granting injunctive relief (restrictions on future behavior) to plaintiffs Missouri, Louisiana and several individuals including Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit who claimed harm by government coercion placed on social media. She may have been first in her class but she’s made a mockery of the first amendment by parsing legalese and being ignorant of the true public harm caused by government agencies who silenced the very experts we all needed to hear during the pandemic.

Jack Dorsey’s post/Twitter company is Block — owner of Square and Ca$h App. Right after Block posted record profits over $1 billion and announced a program of automatic reinvestment in Bitcoin, whistleblowers, media and government are all descending on Jack and Block with an investigation of ties to terrorism. Yeah, ignore the main peeps and blame the thing you see as a threat. Bitcoin is peer-to-peer, independent, open source and anonymous. I wonder why Jack is banking on it so heavily. I see him as a sort of gray hat. He endorses RFK Jr for President very early, and he has tweeted a few unpopular things that are true. What do you think? I went in with an open mind. I knew Biden had authorized $7 billion (down from a promised $47 billion right before the 2020 election). Half that $7 billion was Covid relief. And it was more than Trump ever gave them, but what Trump did was he answered the letters the college presidents wrote him right when he was entering the White House, and he answered. He moved the HBCU initiative from the Department of Education back to the White House, where it had begun under President Reagan, and this was exactly what they asked him to do. He also got the then-president of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Johnny Taylor, Jr., to run it. In other words, he wasn’t pandering, he was RESPONSIVE. Bottom line, one year after being installed, Biden still hadn’t appointed the head of the White House HBCU Initiative. When Science is Smeared Note: Former New York Times reporterNicolas Wade was one of the first mainstream writers to expose the true origins of the virus, in an article published in the bulletin of the atomic scientists, which was started by J Robert Oppenheimer in the late 1940s as a way to avert human extinction. It’s not a right wing group by any stretch. In fact, one of his board members is former California Governor Jerry Brown. Recently at a hearing in Congress, Wade was accused of being racist by Kweisi Mfume on account of his 2014 book called “troublesome inheritance.” The book written in 2014 discusses the differences among the races based on recent mapping of the human genome, and Wade claims that this book is anti-racist. However, he’s been recently smeared widely on account of KKK-affiliated David Duke citing his book.
