Adventist Fables: Correcting Walter Veith & This SDA Lie About Christians!
For nearly two centuries, the SDA Church has circulated a fiction narrative around the Christian church—specifically with regards to 1844 and the second coming.
With the help of famous SDA conspiracy theorist Walter Veith, the brains behind Amazing Discoveries (@AmazingDiscoveriesOfficial) and Clash of Minds (@ClashOfMinds1), we correct this lie in hopes of educating Adventists on what Christians actually believe while simultaneously educating Christians on what this movement claims about them.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ:
Man is a sinner (Romans 3:23; 1 John 1:8) and our sin has separated us from our Maker (Isaiah 59:2). In His grace, God entered into His own creation in the person of Jesus Christ (John 1:1-14; Col. 1:19), born of a virgin (Matt. 1:23), and lived a perfect and sinless life, fulfilling all the Law’s demands (2 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 5:17), on a mission by God the Father to save sinners from condemnation (John 3:16-18, 6:37-40). He paid the penalty for sin which is death (Romans 6:23) and bore the sins of His people in His body on a cross (1 Peter 2:24), making propitiation by His blood (Romans 3:25). He died, was buried, and resurrected in the same body He died in on the third day for our justification (1 Cor. 15, Romans 4:25; Luke 24:39). By a living faith (James 2:18) in the Person and Work of Jesus (Romans 10:9-10), God graciously declares a person righteous (Romans 4:5), they are reconciled to their Creator (Romans 5:10-11), given Christ’s righteousness in full (Phil. 3:8-9), sealed with the Holy Spirit (Eph. 1:13), and have peace with God (Romans 5:1). They are born again of the Spirit (1 John 5:1, Titus 3:5), adopted into His family(Eph. 4:5–7), and are granted eternal resurrection life in Jesus Christ (1 John 5:11), set free to do good works that please Him (Eph. 2:10; 1 John 2:3-4). Jesus will physically return one day to judge the living and the dead (1 Peter 4:5; Acts 24:15; John 5:24-5), throwing the wicked out of His Kingdom (Matt. 13:41-3), but His people will be spared from the wrath to come (1 Thess. 1:10) to dwell in union with God forever (Rev. 21:3).

Thank God Jesus WORKED On the Sabbath! Here's why...
Was Jesus resting in the tomb on the seventh day Sabbath? The Adventist Church thinks so—often claiming that even the death of Christ teaches us that the seventh day Sabbath is to be observed. But is that what Jesus's death is teaching us?

Ted Wilson, 2023 Annual Council, and Believing the Bible As It Reads?!
The 2023 Seventh-Day Adventist General Conference Annual Council convened earlier this week where SDA Worldwide Church president Ted Wilson gave his annual address.
From mentioning those of us who criticize their movement as being weird people online to claiming they simply believe the Bible as it reads, Wilson's state of the union style address provides a perfect example for us to, not only respond to some of his claims about us, but also to show Christians how the Great Controversy Theme filters and clouds all of SDA thinking.

No, Daniel 9:27 is NOT About Jesus's Baptism. Here's why...
Central to the Adventist Church's theology, specifically their end times chronology, is that Daniel 9:27 is pointing to Jesus's baptism. If this is off, their entire end times chronology is off. What is Daniel 9:27 talking about and pointing to?
In this clip, Dr. Samuel Frost, Th.D, a Daniel scholar and translator, shares his thoughts.

Walter Veith, Babylon, Newspaper Theology, & Slandering Christian's in God's Name!
By viewer request, we take a look at a talk that famed Seventh-Day Adventist conspiracy theorist Walter Veith gave regarding "Babylon being fallen" where he provides a perfect example of the ignorance many of these big name Adventist speakers have regarding those they criticize and slander—Christians. Veith is the brains and chief fear peddler behind the Adventist conspiracy outlets, Amazing Discoveries (@AmazingDiscoveriesOfficial) and Clash of Minds (@ClashOfMinds1).
In this lecture, he provides a number of opportunities to show Christians and Adventists alike how the Great Controversy Theme, not the Bible, is really the ultimate driver behind these sort of wild conspiracy theories that seem to, sadly, permeate the minds of so many Adventists.

One Major Error That Causes Adventism to Collapse! (MUST SEE!)
Central to the Adventist Church's theology is the claim that there's a decree from a Persian king in Ezra 7 to rebuild the city of Jerusalem which marks the start of the 70 weeks of Daniel, based on Daniel 9:25. This decree supposedly was sent forth in 457 BC by Artaxerxes I. But is this correct? If not, then the SDA Church's entire end times chronology is off.
In this clip, Dr. Samuel Frost, Th.D, a Daniel scholar and translator, shares his thoughts.

LOL! The SDA Church Refutes Itself on the Scapegoat! Here's how...
In this clip, Pastor Anthony Rogers (@Ousias1) gives his take on the SDA Church's teaching on Satan as the Leviticus 16 scapegoat and points out how, in their own 28 Fundamental Beliefs book, they actually refute their own position and didn't even catch it.

One Thing EVERY Christian MUST Know About Adventism!
We're often asked by Christians, "what is the one thing I need to know about Adventist theology in order to reach Seventh-Day Adventists with the truth?" Today we look at one of the key things which is one of the central reasons why Adventism is not Christian. And that is the Great Controversy Theme, or worldview.

Daniel Proves the SDA Church is WRONG About Man's Nature! Here's why...
One of the most defended doctrines by the SDA Church is their view of he nature of man and the state of the dead. Ironically, one of their favorite books of scripture, Daniel, proves their position to be incorrect.
In this clip, Dr. Samuel Frost, Th.D, explains his translation of Daniel 2:1 from his Daniel commentary, Daniel Unplugged, and why, from the Hebrew language, man is more than just conscious material matter.

Oh My! The Adventist Jesus That Isn't A King...Yet! | Part 6
Was Jesus "inaugurated as a high priest" at his ascension? The Adventist Church wants us to think so by way of their Fundamental Beliefs. But the million dollar question is...is that what scripture teaches? Furthermore, when will He assume His throne as King of kings and Lord of lords?

Two Gospels?! SDA Pastor vs. Two Former Adventists
Does the Adventist Church promote two different gospels even within it's own walls? SDA Pastor Dennis Priebe (@DennisPriebeMinistries) believes so. But what is the real Gospel?
Richard Foster, friend and former Seventh-Day Adventist, joins me to review and respond to a message given by Mr. Priebe who is known for his strong stance on Last Generation Theology (LGT). In his presentation, he gives us a perfect example of the confusion that exists within Adventist theology regarding something as foundational as the gospel. But he also provides a perfect example for us of how many leaders within the SDA Church are ignorant of what Christian's actually believe.

Adventism: The Commandment BREAKING Church! Here's How...
Is the Adventist Church truly monotheistic? They are notorious for loudly proclaiming that they are the "commandment keeping church" who keeps all of the 10 Commandments. This supposedly identifies them as the "end times remnant church of bible prophecy." But is this true? Today we examine one of the many ways in which this is not the case, starting with the first commandment.

Adventism vs. The Bible: What is Atonement and Is It Finished? w/ @AcademyApologia
Jim from @AcademyApologia joins me to discuss the heretical atonement theory of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church which not only includes an ongoing, second phase of atonement in heaven that supposedly began in 1844, but that, ultimately, Satan will function as the scapegoat that removes sin from the universe. Is this just an alternate atonement theory or is it a complete heresy that totally altars and changes the gospel?

No, Seventh-Day Adventism is NOT Christian! Here's why...
Today we explore one major reason why the SDA Church is outside the bounds of Christian orthodoxy. What truly happened on the cross of Calvary? What is Jesus doing currently? Let's explore how the Adventist Church subtly twists this one foundational Christian doctrine.

Present Truth: The SDA Church Has An Identity Crisis
For decades the Seventh-Day Adventist Church has battled an identity crisis. With time being the movement's biggest enemy, their teaching of "present truth" has been their get-out-of-jail-free card—borrowing the term from 2 Peter 1:12 (KJV). But it's also the teaching that has left them shifting and shaping to try and cover up the mountain of errors left in their shaky past. But is there a deeper issue at play?

Does 1 Peter 4:17 Support the Investigative Judgment?! | Anthony Rogers
Adventists will often cite 1 Peter 4:17 to try and support their novel doctrine of the Investigative Judgement. Pastor Anthony Rogers (@Ousias1) explains what this passage is actually saying and that 1844 and the investigative judgement are nowhere in Peter's view.

Examining the Adventist Jesus: Only A Man While on Earth?! | Part 5
Did Jesus set his divine nature aside by incarnating? Was he only a man on earth—just like we are—to prove the Law of God can be kept by man, silencing the accusations of Satan in the Great Controversy? What is the kenosis heresy?
In this video we continue our examination of the Adventist Jesus in comparison to the biblical and historical Christ.

Satan’s Day?! Educating Mark Finley on Why Christian's Worship on Sunday!
Mark Finley from HopeLives365 (@HL365), former director of It Is Written and current assistant to the president of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Ted Wilson, gave a presentation titled "7 Reasons Why Satan Hates the Sabbath" where he states a number of falsehoods and myths regarding why Christian's universally worship on the first day. (Spoiler alert: It's because of scripture)
First we examine the Adventist Church's historical revisionism and then we respond to these assertions by walking through the historic Christian position on the sabbath, what the core substance of the sabbath is about, and why the Christian church universally meets on the first day—showing that SDA leaders like Mark Finley haven't actually done their homework on what it is that they criticize and ascribe conspiracy theories to.

The SDA Church vs. The Bible: What is the Seal of God?
Have you ever wondered why the SDA Church is obsessed with the seventh-day sabbath? Why it's the loudest drum they beat? Today we look at their claim regarding the seventh-day sabbath being the seal of God (the flipside to their belief that the mark of the beast will be worship on Sundays) in contrast to what Bible teaches on the matter.
No, the papacy didn't change the sabbath: https://youtu.be/3mCKdKhmrMs
