Episode 17: Returning to the land
Katherine talks to Danish organic and biodynamic farmer Susanne Hovmand-Simonsen about a return to nature and how we should be living with the land as we transition into a new era for humanity.
Susanne's focus is on endangered plant and animal species (both wild and domesticated), allowing them to thrive in their natural environment, as well as working in reciprocal relationships with indigenous people all over the world.
Susanne and Katherine talk about the need to come together in local communities to grow (and respect) our own food, to preserve cultural values and to create our own heaven on Earth wherever we are.

Episode 14: Standing in your integrity
Katherine talks to Andrew Horler about his experiences after he attempted to point out simple truths to his colleagues and bosses in the pharmaceutical industry. The result? He was fired from his job, his marriage broke down and he lost the support of many of his friends and family members.
A year later Andrew is feeling very positive about the future. He is using his medical skills and knowledge to research more natural ways of healing and to try to rebuild trust in healthcare. One thing he has done is develop a nasal spray to help people suffering from vaccine harms (see link below).

Opinion piece #16: When is enough enough?
In this opinion piece Katherine asks how far things need to go before We The People rise up to save our food growers and get our country back on track.
She asks whether rebellion is necessary. Is it enough to simply stop complying or do we need to take stronger action? How do we wake the masses and is that even possible? What are our individual roles at this crucial time? And what, ultimately, is our end goal?
Lots of questions. Does anyone have any answers? Leave your thoughts below.

In this invigorating conversation on the future of our food supply, Mark and Katherine talk about:
> four key issues facing farmers right now: costs of production, supermarket controls, net-zero policies and DEFRA regulations
> the effects of measures such as geo-engineering and weather manipulation on food production
> building a sustainable system in terms of how consumers buy and how farmers grow/rear and sell food
> what 'We The People' can do to support farmers and help secure the future of our natural food
> the 'No Farmers, No Food' campaign, the PFFA Community Farm Blueprint and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Opinion piece #15: Farmers and consumers need to unite
Katherine kicks off the show in 2024 with a call-out to both farmers and consumers (i.e. ALL of us) to dispense with the middleman and instead create a new system of working directly with each other to bring more nutritious and varied produce to people in local communities.
On the back of the farmers' protests currently taking place across much of Europe, Katherine explains how the movement in its current form will not succeed, and suggests alternative ways to remedy the centralised manner in which both the food and farming industries are being controlled and manipulated.
The Farmer Buying Guide on the website of The People's Food and Farming Alliance (link below) gives tips and advice on how to set up a group to approach farmers (and other suppliers) with a view to bulk-buying directly from them.
What are you doing in your local community to support your local farmers? Let us know in the comments section below.

As we approach the end of 2023, Katherine says that now is the time to stop and to focus on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. She predicts that 2024 is going to be an 'insane' year and we need to make sure we (and our communities) are prepared for it on all levels.

Opinion piece #12: The time for unity is now
In this episode, Katherine cautions us against allowing paranoia and division to jeopardise the good work many people are doing to get our country back on track. She says we have to stay focused on the end goal of fixing the economy and our systems of education, food, health and administration.
Ultimately, most people want the same thing - to live in peace and to create a better future for our children. However, although we may all have different approaches to get there, we mustn't lose sight of the true enemy in this war - the unelected powerhouses intent on their own selfish needs.
Katherine urges us to stop being antagonistic and attacking each other. Everyone has something to contribute to this fight - do we want to use this as an opportunity to learn from each other, or do we want to continue hurling accusations at each other?
Remember, divide and conquer is part of their strategy - let's not fall into that trap. The time for unity is now.

Opinion piece #10: Playing God or Praying to God?
In this episode Katherine talks about the Israel/Palestine conflict and the possible motives behind the most recent escalations, discussing their connection to Biblical prophecies and the dangers of playing God.
She encourages us to do our own due diligence, to research the history of the area ourselves and to trust our own instincts without jumping to conclusions.
Rather than *playing* God, Katherine says we should be praying to God (if that's your faith) – whatever it takes to stay grounded and in touch with reality in the coming revelatory times. By doing this, we are in a better position to help others currently awakening to world events, while at the same time taking the best care of ourselves and our loved ones.
Finally, she offers practical advice as to what we can be doing on the ground to prepare ourselves for this pinnacle moment in human history.
Be sure to pass this episode on to anyone you think needs to hear this right now.
And let us know your views in the comments below.
God bless you all.

Opinion piece #11: Latest views on the Israel-Palestine situation
Following on from yesterday's episode, Katherine is back with another update about the Israel/Palestine situation and gives her opinion on what may happen next.
She cautions that we need to keep our attention on the big players and not become distracted by divide-and-conquer strategies and attempts to create unnecessary conflicts among the 99.9% of us who prefer to live our lives in peace.
Katherine is launching a service to provide support to people who are seeking to understand world events, both in the wider context of human history and in the resulting impact on our individual lives in the current turbulent times. More information on that will follow soon.

Opinion piece #9: An opportunity to learn
In this episode, Katherine talks about the importance of self-reflection, a practice in which we can learn to take good care of ourselves by discovering what triggers us and how we react to certain situations, people and events.
She encourages us to look inside ourselves and to work on developing the tools which will enable us to react better to similar situations in the future. She says, as more and more people awaken, there's a strong chance we'll find ourselves dealing with confrontational energy and it's up to us to stay in a calm place and help people through it.
Katherine reminds us that reflecting on our own behaviours and reactions gives us an opportunity to learn, develop and grow, and that we all have the capacity to manage situations, once we understand and can control our reactions to them. Indeed, if every individual learns to take responsibility for their own feelings, emotions and reactions, we should be able to fix most of the problems in the world!
We'd love to hear your thoughts on self-reflection. Have you tried it? Is it already part of your daily routine? How has it helped you to learn more about yourself, about others and about the world we live in?

Opinion piece #8: A gazillion shades of grey
Katherine returns after a short illness, which had her visiting A&E and gave her the opportunity to chat with some of her local NHS doctors about current events.
This has inspired her to talk about the risk of viewing the world as black and white when, in fact, most of reality happens within the gazillions shades of grey located between those two extremes.
She asks that we all try to retain a broad mindset, that we show empathy to others and that we accept that people are human and, in many cases, are simply unaware of their actions (and even of their own opinions). We shouldn't be so quick to pass judgment on things we ourselves don't fully understand.
What are your views about the complex world we find ourselves living in? We'd love to hear from you!

Opinion piece #7: Laughing at their plans and appealing for your support
As we prepare to face another potential onslaught from the enemy, Katherine remains upbeat and positive, saying that if enough of us refuse to consent and simply go about our lives, their plans will fall by the wayside. In fact, the best way to combat their fear-based nonsense is to laugh about it.
Katherine also makes an appeal for financial support to enable her to continue the work she does for the PHA, the PFFA and other groups and networks. In this latest opinion piece, Katherine questions the motives behind the recent media flurry around 'Virus X', and offers some practical solutions for people potentially facing unwanted medical interventions.
She also considers the possible reasons behind the increasing levels of frustration, anger and overall negative energy that she's noticing among the general public, and advises us all to stick together and keep pushing ahead in this fight.

In Katherine's latest opinion piece, she considers the effects of a huge number of people very suddenly waking up to the realities of what has been happening, and talks about the mental health support which is going to be needed to help ALL people (not just those opening their eyes now).
Katherine is optimistic about the vast numbers of people who are mobilising and building infrastructures to replace the old ones, which are very clearly crumbling all around us.
She says we each have a moral and civic responsibility to get involved at whatever level as we enter this historic time for humanity. We mustn't underestimate the enormity of the role we're playing in ensuring a better future for our children and fellow countrymen.

In the first of a series of opinion pieces on the All Hands On Deck podcast, Katherine talks about current positive political trends in the US, the disclosure of pedophiles among 'popular celebrities' in the UK and the resurfacing of the Madeleine McCann case.
She also highlights the following key points:
- The breakdown of the old and the building of the new seems painfully slow for those in the know.
- Once a mass awakening occurs, there is a real danger of societal collapse and mental health issues.
- It's important to pace ourselves and focus our energies on creating the world and the lives we want.
