Even More Phone Etiquette Dos and Dont's
Throughout my years leading customer service teams, I've learned a number of "dos" and "don'ts" for phone support and customer service.

Don't Say Anything you wouldn't want to be told yourself
If you want to be a good customer, stop treating people like you know how to do their job better than they do. That's not only unprofessional and inappropriate, but you wouldn't stand for that in your job. If you wouldn't want to hear it, don't say it to others.
If you're in customers service or running a company who works with customers internally or externally, don't placate bad customers by pushing aside your good customers. Nothing drives away good customers by watching you tolerate bad ones.

Professional Networking is Difficult
Like it or not, networking is the best way to grow in your career, build connections, and maybe even get that interview for that job you have your eye on. If you hate networking with people, you're not alone - most people hate networking, and some make excuses for why they don't have to network. Those who do network often go about it in the wrong way, and end up networking with the wrong people, for the wrong reasons.

Customer Service: Focus on what you CAN do
Throughout my years of leading customer service teams, I've picked up many tips and tricks I've passed along. I often hear people in customer service telling customers what they "can't" do for one reason or another. Instead of telling customers what you can't do, try focusing on what you can do. This one shift in focus will instantly improve your customer interactions.

Sanguy USB-C Right-Angle Cable Review
These cables work just as good as the other SANGUY USB-C cables I have. I like having the 90-degree end because it allows me to prop up my phone in landscape/horizontal orientation while it's fast-charging. This is great for watching videos (if needed). I always test my USB cables with fast chargers and these cables work great on my Samsung Galaxy S9 with the fast charger. The boot on the 90 degree end is solid and hasn't bent or cracked at all, so I don't feel like I'm stressing it too much when using it as a stand. The length is excellent - 6 feet works great and most of the cables I receive with devices are just too short - 3-5 feet never seems like enough, but 6 to 9 feet always feels more usable and versatile.

Sioro Kids Robe Review
My daughter wanted a robe like mommy, so when I came across the Sioro kids robe I thought it'd be a good buy. She loves it! It fits as expected, is comfortable, has a belt so it can be tied, pockets, and a hood! My only note/complaint is that the belt seems a little short - we probably could have gone up a size and still been okay. My daughter is 4, so we ordered the small and it fits well, though I could see her growing out of this in a couple years and handing it down to her little sister.

Baby Has An Adorable Reaction Whenever Dad Blows Air In Her Face
Blowing on the face is a common trick. It triggers a reflex to hold the breath for a short moment. That stops the crying, and can also be used when washing the child's face etc. But this dad got a really different - and may we say adorable - reaction from his daughter when he blew air into the baby girl’s face!
Check out 6-month-old Emery's adorable reaction when her dad blows air into her face. Priceless! Every time dad blows a bit of air in the sweet girl’s face, she sticks her tongue out and giggles like it is the best joke in the entire world. The smile she lets out everytime dad tickles her face with air is just too much to handle! We don’t know is having more fun dad or Emery, but we do know one thing. This is a clip for the books and they should not lose it. Not ever!
This isn’t the only silly cute baby that we have seen that has such a priceless reaction to this harmless trick. Watch what happens when Katherine’s dad blows air onto his daughter's face. Now that's absolutely precious! Her reaction is priceless when her dad starts blowing into her face! Her face says: ‘What is happening right now?’. Katherine, we can see that you will have a lot of fun with your parents!
Watching these adorable videos, we must ask ourselves: do babies actually like this stuff? It is actually a really great trick that parents are using for when their babies are upset, they are crying or when they are mad. Few huffs and puffs and they will forget why they were crying or why they were mad in the first place. Truly interesting trick!

AngLink Small Clip On Fan Review
Get your own! http://a.co/gSyBfAn
This is a great little desk fan! It's small and has a lot of movement/placement options. The clip is nice, and I'm also really happy that you don't have to use the clip - the clip is weighted enough that the fan can stand on it's own.
I like that this is rechargeable, but I've had "rechargeable" fans before that did not last long because the battery just didn't last and you couldn't even use it while plugged in - I'm hoping that's not the case with this fan and I get a few years of use out of it.
There are dedicated power, speed up and speed down buttons on the back which are nice - no fumbling and having the fan at a 5 when you first turn it on. It's a nice touch.
Baby hilariously anticipates dad's tickles
5-month-old Emery just can't handle the anticipation of daddy tickles! Priceless!
