Instructions:-
1. First, the base. Finely chop half a head of purple cabbage, 4 Persian cucumbers, 1 small red bell pepper, 1 jalapeño (remove the seeds to make things less spicy), 1 avocado, a large handful of fresh chive, an even larger handful of flat parsley. You can use cilantro for the parsley if you'd like.
2. For the dressing, in a small food processor, combine 1-2 inch piece of fresh ginger, 2 fresh garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of SOAKED walnuts (put walnuts in water and let them soak overnight in the fridge), 2 tablespoons of avocado or olive oil, 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, juice of 1 large lime, a solid couple pinches sea salt, ground pepper, 3 tablespoons mayo or avocado mayo, and 2 heaping teaspoons gochujang paste.
3. Give everything a pulse in the food processor, then taste to see if you want to add anything else - if you want it more gingery, add more ginger. If you want less gingery, add more oil or mayo, if you need it more acidic, add more lime, etc.
4. Top salad with your dressing, add toasted black or white sesame seeds, then toss the salad well.
5. Enjoy or serve with your favorite protein (chicken or shrimp would be amazing).

Instructions Mashup 1 small or half a large avocado in a large bowl. Be sure to mash it up well so you don't have avocado chunks in your batter! Alternatively, you can blend/process all the ingredients below. To the avocado, add 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, a pinch of sea salt, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Add in 1 cup confectioners monk fruit sweetener. Mix well, add 1 1/2 cups sifted almond flour, 1 cup dark cacao powder, and 3 large room temp eggs. At this point, you can add everything to a food processor and process it to mix well together if you want, or you can trust your hand mixing skills. Up to you! Mix well, then add roasted hazelnuts and steviasweetened chocolate chips. Feel free to use however much you want, for example, about 3/4 cup each. If you want to make them extra hazelnutty, you can add or swirl in a couple of tablespoons of hazelnut butter.
Spread out the batter on greased parchment paper on an 8x8 pan - use a spatula to even it out. Put in the oven for 20-25 mins (time depends on your oven) at 350F. Remove. IMPORTANT: Let them cool, then divide them up however small or big you want. Add some sea salt flakes for more flavor. ENJOY.

Start by slicing your eggplant in about 1/4 inch in width. Then lay them out on a kitchen towel and sprinkle with sea salt. Let sit for 30-60 mins while the excess moisture comes to the surface. Dab it down, turn it over, and repeat. Once you've dabbed down the second side, brush both sides with olive oil, then season with some dried Italian herbs of your choosing.
Get a pan on medium, and cook them in olive oil until nice and golden on both sides. Then put the lid on, and cook while covered for about 1.5-2 mins, so they get softer. This part is key. Slice up some fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato, and fresh basil, and top the eggplant. If you want the cheese melted, add the sliced cheese before covering the lid for the last 1-2 mins of cook time. You can top it with some red chili flakes and drizzle some balsamic vinegar.

6 slices of REAL cheese (Can use 4 slices or less) OR you can use shredded cheese and form it into your desired shape .
Ham
Pastrami
Pepperoni
Sliced Onion
Shredded romaine lettuce
Dijon spicy brown mustard
Mayo
Instructions🔪
Preheat the oven to 400F and lay out parchment paper, NOT wax on a pan.
Lay out the cheese slices or mold the shredded cheese into your desired shape.
Bake the cheese for 10 minutes when it's nice and brown around the edges or more, depending on your oven.
Let cool for 3 minutes.
The cheese will be oily! So pat the cheese down with a paper towel.
Add your toppings as desired and roll your wrap!

1 cup cheddar
1/4 cup bacon
Butter
Parsley
Instructions 🔪
Microwave mozzarella 1min.
Mix it with cream cheese until smooth.
Add 2 tsp baking powder.
Add 3 eggs.
Add 1/2 cup fine almond flour.
Mix well.
Add 1 cup of cheddar
Add 1/4 cup of bacon
Mix it up good
Roll into balls
Bake at 400 for 25 min.
Pour melted butter.
Top with parsley.

Yes it's low-carb!! That texture is so close to real pasta it's only 6 net carbs, 20 grams of protein and 130 calories per saving..
Then added cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion, picante salami, parsley, black cured olives and roasted red papper. Tha flavors, colors, and textures are unreal!!
Introduction🔪
Prep all of your ingredients . Chop up a quart of cherry tomato, 3/4 of an cucumber, 1/2 red onion, 1 super large handfull of plate parsley, 3/4 black cured olives and about 1/2 cup of roasted red pepper. Cube up about 4oz of spicy italian salami. You can add your favourite meat/protein of choice. For the dressing. Use spicy olive oil. (You can go with regular olive oli). Cumbain 1/2 cup olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes a couple pinches sea salt and fresh ground papper into a glass jar put the lid on and shake it .Boil 1 bag of low-carb pasta for about 8 minutes in salted water. Drain it than cool it off with cold water to stop the cooking and drain it again then added the base of the bowl .
Add the remaining salad ingredients then the dressing give everything a good toss and evoured ENJOY!!
