Yogapure

This is a guided meditation to Shambhala, the crystal city of light where you will meet your guides, star family and receive a healing session to repair your DNA, and activate your light body. The meditation is in two parts, the first is clearing grounding and connecting to source. The second is the transmission I received from my work with Sanat Kumara to assist with the ascension process. It is best to do this meditation free of distraction and when you have at least 40 min of spare time to yourself. Enjoy the healing and regeneration you will receive from this inner journey.
