One of the things on our Thailand trip that we were most looking forward to, was seeing the view from the top of Doi Inthanon. It is THE MOST INCREDIBLE VIEW EVER, or so we've been told. Instead of the incredible view, disaster struck in the form of a massive storm that ruined our view, but made for an incredible adventure. Bonus points to anyone who can count the number of times I say "super" and puts it in the comment section. It's gotta be at least 100.

Before coming to Thailand, everyone and their mom told us that we needed to go check out all of the beautiful Buddhist temples. That sentiment sat a little weird with me, being a Christian Pastor. So, what is it like visiting a Buddhist Temple as a Christian Pastor? What is the same, what is different? How do we handle the spiritual dynamics of walking into a temple?

After years and years of crazy hard work, we're taking some time to get away and find a healthy work/life balance as a family. We're traveling from Indianapolis to Chicago, and then jumping on a plane to Dubai, and then Bangkok, before ending up at our final destination: Chiang Mai, Thailand!
