Kevin McKernan: "Why do we care about SV40? [...] It binds transcription factors that drags any DNA attached to it into the nucleus. So, it's actually a well published tool for gene therapy. If you want to get DNA into the nucleus, this is the shuttle that you use to get it done. If you have lipid nanoparticles that are encapsulating this material, you now have a Trojan horse to get into the cells as well." One that targets the vector, this bacterial origin of replication, inside of the plasmid, and the other one that targets the spike protein. We have a third assay now that we're working on as well to track the presence of this SV40 promoter. In particular, biopsies of interest. The quantitative PCR of this will give you numbers that don't add up to 35%. It's much lower than that with PCR, and I'm going to explain why. PCR does not capture every piece of DNA that's in the vials. But if you take a 1:100 dilution of these things, you'll get CTs in the 22 range. That puts them in around the 17 range if you shoot them straight in. For context, when you're getting a Covid test, you could be called positive at a CT of 35. This is a log two scale. That's about a million times less material than what we're injecting into people with the actual vaccine. So a Covid test might call you positive at 35, we're injecting stuff that's closer to 17, a million times more concentrated than what you'll see that you can be called positive from the actual nasal test."

Kevin McKernan: "This all started back in April with this preprint where we did this RNA sequencing that Mark [Trozzi] was just mentioning. [...] What is not in that preprint is something that Retsef Levi and Josh Guetzkow presented in the BMJ, which is that the vials that were in fact approved are not the vials that were given to the public. The clinical trial was run on something known as Process 1 that used PCR to make the DNA that was going to then turn into the RNA to make the spike protein. Once the trial was complete, they switched. This is a big bait and switch. They moved to a production process that manufactured this DNA in E.coli. And with that, comes a different risk." "Upon sequencing these, I think the most striking revelation was that the Pfizer vaccines actually had a component that was not disclosed to the regulators. This plasmid map on the right is what was disclosed to the EMA. And there is no mention of the SV40 components that are that are now known to be inside this DNA sequence. The plasmid on the left is what we actually found, very similar in length, but has all of these other components in it that are not disclosed to the regulators, nor to the patients taking these." That is, a dose, or certainly serial doses every six months, there is a sufficient body of knowledge now for us to believe that they could promote cancer. Now, rates of cancer are up in every single cancer surveillance system. None of the cancer surveillance systems have merged this with vaccine administration. I can tell you as an internist and cardiologist, my concern is that it's a cumulative dosing effect and underlying susceptibility will be important. Those with p53 and BRCA1 related tumors, I am greatly concerned that they could be at risk in taking multiple injections. Those who have problems with DNA repair or have had considerable exposure to other various environmental exposures that impair DNA repair, like radiation for instance, there would be a great concern for a secondary tumor. And then lastly, those with incipient subclinical or not yet diagnosed cancers, or those with cancers in remission, now we have the situation where multiple administrations of a Covid-19 vaccine could accelerate the progression of that cancer. I think there's probably no better term that's come up for the concern here than 'turbo cancer.' [...] I believe turbo cancer now is conceivably very possible. In the setting of a susceptible person taking multiple injections of the genetic messenger RNA vaccines, where we have a great concern over safety in four domains, previously cardiovascular, neurologic, immunologic and hematologic, but now oncologic concerns, that the Covid vaccines indeed could cause, promote, or accelerate cancer." Tests should be available to the public to detect circulating spike proteins and genomic integration. 4. Treatment (spike detox) and compensation of victims must be made available. The WCH provides various treatments on its website. 5. The level of criminality relating to the Covid-19 event cannot be ignored. Investigation, prosecution, reconciliation, and compensation must follow. 6. Education of health care workers and the public is needed. The knowledge shared in this session must be made available so that the injections can be stopped. 7. Censored experts should be restored to their positions. They can lead the way to a better future. The last words belong to Dr Jessica Rose: “I feel really grateful to be among you guys—that we’re doing this, that we’re persisting. It’s such high-quality work that we’re bringing to the public together. It’s the only thing we can do, and I think we’re doing a great job considering what we’re up against. "The most frequent antibiotic-resistant genes are plasmid-born and are thus easily transferred [into DNA]," Henrion-Caude explained. DNA contamination would play a significant role in most of these mechanisms. An additional concern regarding the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines is “that the gene therapies would be passed on to progeny and cause contamination of the gene pool," she explained. “mRNA itself can be reverse-transcribed to DNA and then also integrate in the genome, which causes cancers."

He highlighted a theory called “Multi-Hit Hypothesis of Carcinogenesis” that cancer only develops when “multiple different processes” of the body are impacted, warning that multiple Covid-19 mRNA injections may promote “turbo cancer.” According to Dr McCullough, Covid-19 mRNA shots trigger several different changes in the human body that can promote cancer growth.

In April 2023, Kevin McKernan broke the shocking news of his discovery of the presence of significant contamination by DNA plasmids in vials of Covid-19 mRNA ‘vaccines’ manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. In response, on 9 October 2023, the World Council for Health (WCH) hosted an emergency hearing featuring Kevin McKernan and eight other leading experts to determine what is currently known about this critical issue and to discuss the implications. This finding has since been confirmed by various other laboratories, including in the USA, Japan, France, and Germany, with a recent study finding DNA in all 24 vials tested. To be clear, there should be NO DNA present in the vials at all! Kevin also noted that regulators had been misled as to the levels of DNA contamination, as the assay used did not detect the very large number of small fragments of DNA present, which may have a higher propensity for being inserted into the recipient’s DNA. Kevin McKernan was the Team Leader of R&D for the Human Genome Project. He is CSO and founder of Medicinal Genomics and co-founded Agencourt Bioscience Corporation, acting as the CSO until it sold. Kevin was also the President and CSO of Agencourt Personal Genomics, a startup company he co-founded in 2005 to invent revolutionary sequencing technologies. In 2023, Kevin used mRNA vaccines as positive controls in an RNA-Seq experiment aiming to understand the pathogenicity of Hop Latent viroid infection in Cannabis. This sequencing revealed dsDNA contamination in the widely administered mRNA vaccines.

Following Monday's emergency hearing on reports of DNA contamination in Covid-19 mRNA vaccines, Dr Tess Lawrie spoke with Australian attorney Katie Ashby-Koppens about a case she's taken on in which they've supported Dr Julian Fidge, a pharmacist and medical doctor. They're taking action against Pfizer and Moderna for dealing with genetically modified organisms (GMOs) without a license in Australia. Katie Ashby-Koppens: "The allegations are that the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines are genetically modified organisms by way of definition under the Gene Technology Act in Australia, as they are capable of transferring genetic material. The fact that they are able to transfer genetic material means that those products should have been properly considered by the gene Technology regulator in Australia. And they were not." Bacterial DNA (plasmids) has been found in mRNA vaccine vials. 2. A cancer-promoting genetic sequence—SV40—has been found in the Covid-19 vaccines. This was not present in the vials used for the approval studies but has been found in all vials of the BioNTech vials disseminated for public use. 3. These discoveries have been confirmed in several independent laboratories worldwide. 4. The discovery was originally made in April 2023 by Kevin McKernan at which point regulatory bodies were contacted. No official reply has been received. 5. Multiple mechanisms exist in which this genetic information might be integrated into the human genome. 6. This DNA could instruct our bodies to produce mRNA and foreign proteins for an unknown period with potential implications for subsequent generations. 7. There is no constructive purpose identified for the undeclared SV40 promotor sequence, which in addition to its cancer risk, enhances the capacity to incorporate the other foreign genetic material into the recipients’ own chromosomes potentially rendering them (and possibly even their offspring) permanently genetically modified. 8. There are multiple completely undeclared genetic sequences in both Moderna and Pfizer vials with the SV40 sequence found only in the Pfizer vials. However, latent SV40 infections in a significant portion of the population could present the same SV40 risk to Moderna recipients. 9. Even in the absence of chromosomal integration, the DNA plasmids could generate mRNA for the spike protein toxin and other harmful proteins for prolonged and unpredictable periods of time. 10. Integration of foreign DNA into the human genome disrupts existing natural genetic sequences; this carries further risk of disease including cancer. 11. The Covid-19 vaccines qualify as GMO (genetically modified organism) products, which require approval in addition to that required for older, more traditional vaccines. 12. Informed consent for these products is impossible as the risks of the products have never been formally and transparently assessed by regulators and are not fully known. Independent assessment of the emerging and available evidence is that these products are extremely dangerous with implications for disease, death, transmission and inheritance. 13. There wasn't one. Then the vaccines were rolled out, and everywhere that they were rolled out, there was an increase in all-cause mortality. You move to a regime of higher all-cause mortality as you start to roll out the vaccines. Many jurisdictions had absolutely no detectable all-cause mortality—until the vaccine was rolled out—and then you get a surge, and you're on a plateau of higher mortality. And then every time you roll out a booster, you get an extra peak of mortality. This is very clear. I've been showing it in my papers for a long time now. The last paper we wrote, you might want to look at it. The patterns of death and their evolution and their spread geographically is completely contrary. It's incompatible with the idea of a spreading disease, respiratory disease, and it is completely aligned with what we know happened in different jurisdictions. The intense deaths that happened at the beginning happened only in hotspots. And you know them well—northern Italy, Madrid, New York, and so on, Stockholm's included—and there were never those kinds of deaths anywhere else, and it lasted only two months. These hotspots occurred exactly in synchronicity with the announcement of the pandemic. Right after the pandemic was announced on the 11th of March, 2020. Now, that kind of a globally spread, a global spread of hotspots in only particular places that happens synchronously around the world, that is impossible for a new pathogen. Epidemiologically impossible. [...] So I have concluded that there is no evidence in mortality that there was a particularly virulent pathogen that came onto the planet. There wasn't one."
