Hitting my newly repaired but still deformed speedbag in a somewhat unorthodox manner.

everything is broken

Broke the heavybag and the speedbag so now I hit a tree.

16oz gloves were used

I re-stuffed the bag so it's about 145-150 lbs. Height is 5'11.5" Weight 168 lbs Reach 76 inches

Having some fun on the bag. A sandbag has been dislodged inside and it has created a very hard spot that I need to address.

Just doin' my thing.

Hey all! This bag sucks. All the insides have condensed to the bottom and made this a very stiff bag to hit now. Had to remove some of the sandbags I put in previously to bring the weight down to 140 lbs as a result. What I wouldn't give for an aqua buoy instead.

You know the drill, it's a 155 lb everlast heavybag being hit with 8oz gloves. Wondering if I should revert back to 100 lbs or just keep going with this. More to come.

I finally weighed out the bag and it's 155 lbs. The footage of the weighing is at 1:58 anyways the rest is pretty straight forward. I'm 5'11.5" with 76 inches of reach and weigh 170 lbs in these clips.

I added around 20-30 lbs of extra weight to the bag and fixed another bit of strap at the top. You know the rest.

I made a double end bag using a volleyball, some shoelaces, two tarp straps, and a basketball net. I used an old rusty dumbbell as an anchor. This is my first time ever using a double end bag so this was alot of fun.

The title pretty much says it. 8oz gloves were used on a 100 lb Everlast bag that is on it's last legs and by that I mean only two broken straps tied to a chain haha. All that while balancing on a pallet. What the hell do you want? I'm poor. Other than that I'm 5'11.5", weigh 170 lbs and have 76 inches of reach.

Getting swarmed by skeetos while trying to hit the bag sucks.

I got tendonitis and carpal tunnel or something in my right arm from my stupid PC so pardon some of the tentative behavior.

Hitting a soaking wet heavy bag. It was pretty slippery out that day, it just rains as soon as it gets dry. I like rain but I wish my setup was more ideal. Anyways with the rain the bag weighed out to be 149 lbs at the time.

Getting back into it FOR REAL after the long stupid winter. No more slipping on frozen ground and throwing arm punches. Get to dig my feet in, hopefully more to come.

I finally have mud beneath my feet! No more slipping on ice while I'm swinging. I just came off of a 3 day fast when I took this so take that for what you will.

I broke the bag and repaired it all in one go. This was originally 11 minutes of punching but I shortened it once again for all to enjoy.

Don't ask me why, I wouldn't be doing this on a frozen bag if I could help it. The song in the background is one I came up with back in 2018 or something called "Time To Get Up" and it loops twice.
