This about the 4th time I've really ever hit a double end bag. I'm still trying to achieve the perfect setup for it as I find the current one far too loose. I want to switch out to proper bungee cables and use these so called "bungees" that came with the bag as the tarp straps they truly are.

This one's for those who can't appreciate how good my jab is and just want to see a guy throw tons of punches at a bag.

the only thing more comfortable to punch than this bag I'd say would have to be Jake Pauls face.

After getting drunk for a week I figured it was time to get back to business.

Just lettin er rip on the speedbag.

The bag is a 100 lb Genesport Select brand and it is super comfy to punch. My left arm is still sore from hitting my CRAPPY OLD heavybag so excuse me.

I'm the Captain now.

The neighbors dogs wouldn't stop barking so I went outside to hit the horrible mis-shapen speedbag to blow off some steam.
