People throw the word Corruption around a LOT nowadays, but what does it actually look like at ground level. Take the residents of Verde Vista an unincorporated community in Maricopa County bordered by the City of Scottsdale.. Scottsdale has been providing water to Verde Vista for years, several years back they made it known that they wanted to absorb Verde Vista, the residents said thanks but no thanks. So Scottsdale then conspires with Marcopa County and the County starts issuing mass building permits creating the very issue Scottsdale is using to deny us water..
