Term project FINAL for BS-Psychology/Christian Counseling 12/10/2021 completed for Professor Danilee Smith at Liberty University. Specific instructions for this project: The student is theoretically a recently hired assistant pastor and in the first staff meeting of this hypothetical rapidly growing nondenominational middle class suburban multiethnic multiracial all ages congregation of 500+/- weekly attendees, The senior pastor has decided a multi-pronged lay counseling program based on expressed needs should be instituted. Associate pastor is tasked with all aspects of research, program development and presentation to the Senior Pastor who will then use the same presentation before the congregation at a later date.
