NEW: Multiple people were seriously injured in a shooting at central Phoenix strip mall Friday night. The shooter left the area in a vehicle but was followed by a witness to the area of 44th Street and Campbell Avenue, Phoenix police officials said. The Border is not secure and this administration is not sending help to these overwhelmed Border Patrol agents. The video is of the half-way point that the Patrol uses until they can get transportation to the Port of Entry.
