Catherine Christensen, Barrister & Solicitor, is the owner and founder of Valour Law, of which Valour Legal Action Centre is its associated nonprofit organization. Having established her firm in 2015 in St. Albert, Alberta, Catherine has brought a wealth of life experience to her law practice that gives her an insight into the realities and solutions twisted up in any legal issue. Catherine mainly practices for members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
When she completed her Masters Degree at Virginia’s College of William & Mary in Historical Archeology in 2003, Catherine wouldn't ever have had any inkling that her trajectory would lead her to where she is today. Already a Registered Nurse, she worked in this role while completing her Archeology degree. With nearly 10 years of clinical experience under her belt, Catherine embarked on a career in real estate, during which she also worked in a labour and delivery role as a Senior Registered Nurse providing obstetrical care, which would eventually be her last role of a 22-year career in that field.
During her time as a student of law at the University of Alberta starting in 2011, she took an interest in military law and researched the use of social media by members of the Armed Forces. Completing her law degree in 2014, Catherine looked back to her clinical medicine background and did her independent research on the civil liability of health care providers prescribing addictive medications to patients.
Already providing educational resources for legal nurse consultants from 2007 onward (and while working on her law degree), Catherine provided advice and strategies for legal nurses, the liaisons between the legal and healthcare communities. Her work spanned the areas of personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, toxic torts, risk management, medical professional licensure investigation, and criminal law.
Catherine’s clients at both Valour Law and Valour Legal Action Centre appreciate her open mind, quick wit and no-nonsense, non-judgmental approach. She is known as a strong advocate for her clients in Court and up the Chain of Command when it is needed to defend a soldier.

OP Valour Lawsuits: The Canadian Military is in Deep Distress…
Military members were at very low risk for the virus. There have been no Covid-19 deaths in the CAF. The true damage has come from the injections themselves. Covid did not decimate the CAF, the leadership did it with mandates.

OP Valour Lawsuit - Catherine Christensen This Directive came from the PMO
Q. Do you believe there's a political direct in mind?
A. Yes I do, I have no doubt in my mind that this came from the PMO. After three Generals who would not bring in a vaccine mandate were removed on allegations of sexual misconduct, General Eyre brought in a vaccine mandate and received a promotion to Full Chief of Defence Staff...I see that as a reward for being obedient.

OP Valour Lawsuit - Catherine Christensen Why haven't we heard what CAF did in the name of Covid-19?
In October of 2021, Catherine Christensen, Barrister/Solictor and Owner/Founder of Valour Law was approached by hundreds of CAF members about the Directive from the CDS mandating Covid-19 injections.
When she heard stories of what was happening in the ranks and of what COs were doing to their own people, she accepted the challenge to bring her skill set and knowledge to their fight. She is now representing over 300 men and women who proudly wore the uniform of Canada.

What's happening with MANDATES in the CAF lawsuit? C.Christensen CTV National News Interview Excerpt
Under the National Defence Act, the Chief of Defence Staff cannot issue an order that violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. His own committee is told him that he breached it.
The lawsuit itself is about abuse of power and the far more serious issues that have been present in the Canadian Armed Forces for decades now.
When you have one or two people coming forward, even with legitimate complaints, it can be discounted. But when you have hundreds of people coming forward and saying his is what they have done to me, it has to be paid attention to.
