Virtues, Stories, Miracles & Title of Liberty
This was a presentation given at Sisters of Liberty on 10/5/2022. I introduced Liber and Slavery. Liber being a Tree or Bark which made paper or a contract. Those who were Liber were freemen and those who were not educated were slaves. The three pillars of faith, virtue and patriotism are needed to maintain a Constitutional Republic. Teaching our children to understand what virtues are and how to speak the language of virtues or attributes of Christ help us maintain public and private virtue. Only a religious and moral people can maintain liberty. The miracle of America; Birth of a Nation contains stories of God's Providence and miracles with our Covenant Nation. Providence meaning the founders understood that our Nation had a divine mission and that each individual is a child of God and also had a divine mission on earth. Only religious freedom can bring about sovereignty of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. LDS references are used but only represent the view of the presenter.

Moms For America Seminar #8 Capture the Sunshine, The Constitution & the virtue of Commitment
We will look at how beauty in art, music and literature will nurture the growth of liberty within the hearts of people. We discuss why expressions of gratitude and recordings of inspirational thoughts are essential to capturing the sunshine in our lives. Raising Patriots with love and light and holding true stories in our hearts, it moves us to actions and solutions. The 52 words of the Preamble of The Constitution are encouraged to be memorized and understanding that The Declaration of Independence and Constitution go hand in hand. James Madison is called the Father of the Constitution because Thomas Jefferson loaned him over 100 books to read on liberty and governments. Our Founders were committed to form a government that would last and their vision for the future was individual liberty that was given to all mankind. "Never Ever Give Up" talk by President Trump helps to Capture the Sunshine and be positive. We encourage all to vote at every election, but especially November 8th.

Moms For America Seminar #7 America: Share the Story; Virtue:Leadership, General George Washington
"Tell me a fact and I will learn. Tell me a truth and I will believe. But tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever." Indian Proverb. In the late 1800s and early 1900s, there emerged a golden age of literature. Authors of school books and general children's literature went to great lengths to write to inspire patriotism, encourage faith, and develop strong moral character. This time also sparked a revival in the art of storytelling among mothers and teachers of young children. The "Greatest Generation" is what followed. Stories are powerful because, while information goes to the brain, stories travel directly to the heart, and it's our hearts that inspire our thoughts and direct actions.
When we share the stories of America with our children, the real story, they will gain a love and appreciation not only for their country but for who they are as Americans. Stories show our children what good looks like, what courage looks like, what faith looks like, what patriotism and virtue look like. And they will grow to emulate those VIRTUES that penetrate their hearts through the stories we share. Stories that were taken out of the schools in 1934, "Bulletproof George Washington", which tugs at the heart and emotions of God saving him to be not only the leader of the 8yr Revolutionary War, but later as the first President of the United States of America. He emulates virtues and action that promote faith and trust in God and his hand in this Covenant Nation.

Moms For America Seminar #6 Patriotism; The Declaration of Independence; Virtue of VISION
Patriotism includes celebrations, services and sacrifice. This presentation contains stories of patriotism from the past and explores methods of experiencing patriotism today in the form of celebrations, Liberty Trips, service opportunities and examples of former patriots. We are infused with patriotism when we have a knowledge of who we are, what it means to be an American, and what the dream of America is all about. This knowledge transforms into sacrifice, devotion and service. What the heart knows, the heart yearns to do. And when the heart is touched, the seed of patriotism are planted firmly in our souls and we will witness firsthand the Power of Patriotism! The American Dream is the uniquely American idea that anyone, regardless of where they were born or what class they were born into, can attain their own version of success in a society where upward mobility is possible for everyone. The American Dream isn't something that is just handed to you; it is achieved through sacrifice, risk-taking and hard work.

Moms For America Seminar #5 Valor of Virtue; Religious Liberty & Mayflower; Virtue: Integrity
MFA introduces the second Pillar of Liberty; Virtue. It is vital that a moral and virtuous citizenry is maintained to sustain a truly free Nation. The founders left their country in search for religious liberty and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. On 11/11//1620, they signed the Mayflower Compact and entered into a Covenant with God in their new country. America is a covenant Nation and to maintain a covenant with God, virtues have to be cultivated through studying and applying the virtues Jesus Christ taught in the Bible. Benjamin Franklin was considered a "Golden Patriot" because he lived a virtuous life with his 13 virtues he regularly self checked his character against his mind, heart and actions. Our founders had integrity and cultivated a moral and righteous people in this covenant land; the land of promise of Joseph's seed in Genesis 49:22-26.

MFA Presentation#4 Foundation of Faith, "Why did your ancestors come?", Virtue, Bravery & Work
UT Moms For America Cottage Meeting Presentation #4 Foundation of Faith. "Without God, there could be no American form of Government, nor an American way of life. recognition of the Supreme Being is the first, the most basic, expression of Americanism. The purpose of this meeting is to illustrate how God and faith were instrumental in the founding of America; Faith is the Pillar of Liberty that allows liberty to grow and prosper. The hand of God is evident in the establishment of freedom in America and the development of the United States of America. All things were created by God; therefore, upon Him, all mankind are equally dependent, and to Him they are equally responsible. Without religion, the government of a free people cannot be maintained.
