Trump published a video to Truth Social supposedly clarifying his stance on abortion, and it did not go well. He tried to appease both sides by applauding the Supreme Court for overturning Roe v. Wade while signaling his lack of support for a nationwide ban on abortion. It was an attempt to compromise with both sides, but neither side came away happy about his comments.
