While Coben's book Win gave us insight into the character of Windsor Horne Lockwood III, The Boy From the Woods gives us insight into Hester Crimstein as she tries to find the missing friend of her grandson after a terrible bullying incident. This book is complete with power, money, plot twists and intrigue as readers follow the layered plots that work together to bring this book to its jaw dropping conclusion. This novel features sisters who are descendants of a Salem witch who was killed, but not before she cursed her descendants- any man they love will die. Despite this, the sisters struggle with love and life and family in a fun filled novel that touches on the present, the 1960s and the Salem witch trials.

I just finished this funny fluffy book and I want to recommend it to you. It was so fun to read, but not very thought provoking or lofty.
