SOFIA Reveals New View of Milky Way’s Center
NASA’s flying telescope SOFIA captured a crisp infrared image of the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Spanning more than 600 light-years, the panorama reveals details within the dense swirls of gas and dust, opening the door to future research into how massive stars are forming and what’s feeding the black hole at our galaxy’s core.

How to eat mango
To eat a mango, follow these steps:
1. Wash the mango thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
2. Hold the mango upright on a cutting board, with the stem end facing up.
3. Use a sharp knife to make a vertical cut along one side of the mango, avoiding the large flat seed in the center. Repeat on the other side.
4. You'll now have two mango halves with flesh attached to the seed. Score the flesh in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut through the skin.
5. Push the skin of each half from underneath to turn the scored mango inside out. This will make the mango cubes pop out and be easier to eat.
6. Alternatively, you can use a spoon to scoop out the mango cubes from each half.
7. Enjoy the juicy mango cubes by themselves or use them in various dishes like salads, smoothies, or desserts.
