We are going to talk about Testing the Spirits in the Bible. Not all supernatural encounters come from God. We see in the story of Moses that his staff turned into a snake. Yet Pharaohs magicians could do the same thing. The Bible says that the Satan comes as an angel of light. He is going to show up in harmless forms to try to deceive us. So we must test the spirits. 1 John 4 Test the Spirits 4 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.

For several years I researched the supernatural. I read hundreds of books on heaven, hell, angels, supernatural encounters, miracles and sign and wonders. I was the most unhealthy I have ever been in my Christian walk when in this phase. I was the healthiest I’ve ever been was when I was in community on a regular basis with other Christians who knew me well. Sticking to the basics devoted to reading the bible and prayer. And if God wanted to move in power I was open but not seeking these things. God still does give supernatural encounters today. But we shouldn't seek these things. We should seek Jesus and stick to the basics like prayer and reading the Bible

Sid Roth Its Supernatural Show has guest Kevin Zadai who was visited by Jesus playing the saxophone by his bed at night. This was discussed at the America Gospel Roundtable event with Charismatics and Cessationist on the gifts of the spirit in today. But the much larger conversation is how are we to discern supernatural experiences that people claim they have had. Some of these people need to be denounced by the charismatic movement because they are lumping us together with these guys. At the same time we do not want to rule out genuine visitations of the Lord. So this really requires being disciplined to use our judgement and discernment because some of the fake stuff will discredit the genuine visitations from the Lord. I explain that supernatural experiences do happen. However we are called to test the spirits. We are called to be wise and discerning. And sometimes it is better not to share these experience even if you do have them. Mary was visited by an angel and the bible says "she pondered these things in her heart". The modern day charismatic movement would do best to follow Mary's advise.

Kevin Zadai claims Jesus visited him in the middle of the night and was playing a saxophone at the foot of his bed. However we are called to test the spirits. We are called to be wise and discerning. And sometimes it is better not to share these experience even if you do have them. Donald Trump Says There Will Be a Bloodbath if He isn’t Reelected. This is the famous Trump Bloodbath interview which was given at the Buckeye Values PAC Rally near Dayton in support of Bernie Moreno. We have to be careful not to take peoples words out of context. Although things are sensitive in this regard because of Jan 6th. Donald Trump was speaking about the auto industry. And his plans to place a 10% tariff on all foreign cars. Donald Trump then says "Now if i don't get elected its going to be a bloodbath..... Its going to be a bloodbath for the whole country. That will be the least of it". Trump campaign spokesperson states that Trump was referring to a economic bloodbath in relation to the auto industry. I thought it was important to get this message out that Trump wasn't referring to physical bloodbath.

America Gospel Roundtable Brown & Storms vs. Peters & Osman. Sam Storms talks spiritual gifts in the New Testament and How the Gifts of Healing works in the New Testament. Many people say "Lets go the the hospital and empty it out and get everyone healed". Sam Storms explains this is faulty logic and not how the gift of healing works. Healing is not something that people can carry in their back pocket. The Apostle Paul did not heal everyone. Sam Storms tells Justin Peters that he prayed for someone in his church to be healed of migraine headaches and they were healed. Then he prayed for another person for the same thing and nothing happened. Sam Storms explains it is God who decides who get healing according to his will, timing and circumstance. He believes healing is not something you can exercise at will or on demand. It can only come as God wills. If we understand this concept it would help bridge a gap between Christians.

America Gospel Roundtable Brown & Storms vs. Peters & Osman. Justin Peters Mentions Bill Johnsons Wife Passing and Faulty Logic in healing movement. Bill Johnson sermon states "that if you don't get healed the problem is not with God". The problem is that this often places the blame on the one who is sick. We should steer clear on this type of logic. So Justin Peters mentions Bill Johnsons wife passing. He ask is it Bill Johnson fault his wife died. Is it Beni Johnsons fault she died? Justin Peters points out the faulty logic "what they teach doesn't even work for them". God still heals today. But if he doesn't we should blame the sick person. Sometimes it could be their fault if its a sin issue. But we must note that there is divine mystery in these things. We don't know why God doesn't heal sometimes

America Gospel Roundtable Justin Peters False Teachers Names Benny Hinn. American Gospel Roundtable Brown & Storms vs Peters & Osman discuss false teachers and false prophets. Justin Peters pushes back on the concept that false teachers must knowingly mislead people. 2 Timothy 3:13 13 while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. Justin Peters explains that false teachers are deceived so they do not realize they are deceived therefore misleading people. He calls out Benny Hinn by name as being a false prophet and false teacher. He fits all the criteria of someone who is a false teacher. Pedaling the gospel for profit and living an immoral lifestyle with no evidence of true repentance

American Gospel Roundtable Brown & Storms vs Peters & Osman discuss Christian TV and it is all NAR & Word of Faith. Sam Storms starts by stating that the Charismatic church should not be defined by people like Kenneth Copeland and Andrew Wommack who are word of faith preachers. Most people have enough discernment to reject word of faith in todays times. Justin Peters goes on to talk about Christian TV like CBN, TBN and Daystar. Justin Peter explains that Christian TV is all NAR and Word of Faith. They do not promote good preaching and excellent bible teachers because their is no demand for it. Christian TV is filled with what Justin Peters called "Garbage". Modern day charismatic movement must reject a majority of the NAR and word of faith people. Most of it is total Garbage and not good bible teaching. Lets stop eating deserts and get some meats in our diets.

Randy Kay Talks about what the Lord showed him when died and went to Heaven about the End Times, Rapture and the Great Tribulation. It seems the end times events all happened in reverse from what he expected. So he asked the Lord why? The answer was shocking. Justice must come first before mercy. Because if mercy was rendered without justice then there would be no cause for mercy. Jesus is coming back as a king to defeat his enemies and bring justice to the earth. Biden has put people in his administration that should be leading. Joe Rogan explains "he wouldn't let these people run a Ben and Jerries" let alone the United States of America. Joe Rogan is no fan of Trump Either. Its just shows how horrible Joe Biden is. He discussed this recently on the Joe Rogan Experience.

One of the biggest Christian News stories in the last few days was an Indian Pastor Persecuted and Beaten for Sharing the Gospel. This video is going to show persecution of a Pastor in Uttar Pradesh a couple of days ago. These are isolated incidents in some of the states in India. Despite all this they are continuing extensive outreach in India. Evangelist in 12 states are expecting oppositions from Hindu fanatics. They are facing heavy levels of spiritual warfare, persecution and violence.

In this video i am going to teach about Contemplative Prayer which i learned from Emotionally Healthy Discipleship with Pete Scazzero. I worked with Pete Scazzero for 5.5 years. This can also be called contemplative prayer meditation. This way of praying in very counter cultural to our fast paced modern way of living. This will not be like the typical type of prayer you see in churches these days. But i usually practice solitude and silence together and present myself to God with no agenda. I Just come before God looking to encounter him. I just want to spend time with him with no agenda. I bring my heart before him and look to share it with him. And him for share his heart with me. Sometimes i meditate on Rembrandt painting of the prodigal son. I am the prodigal and he is the loving father embracing me.

Let us not forget the great task of listening to God, listening to the Holy Spirit while praying. Jesus taught the concept on not praying long prayers for many words (Matthew 6).

But as you practice you will be able to go longer. First start off by getting comfortable in a place with no distractions. Take a few deeps breaths to get yourself relaxed. Then just present your self to God, I am here Lord. Your mind will wonder at times. Then I simple use a phrase to redirect me “Here I am lord, Here I am”. Then i spend the rest of the time in silence. Sometimes God speaks to my heart. Sometimes he doesn't. I often find new clarity in my own inner voice and find great solutions to my problems. Sometimes i just take in his love and his presence. But sometimes nothing happens at all. I don't feel God, He doesn't speak. But keep doing prayer anyway even when you do not feel like it. Spending time with God is never a waste of time.

Derek Prince explains that many make alter calls and tell people if you want to be free of all your problems then just receive Jesus. But Derek explains that receiving Jesus doesn't resolve all your problems. In fact it might increase your problems. The first requirement for salvation is repentance. Repentance is not an emotion. RT Kendall Releases Strong Word to Charismatics "Know Your Bible". Rt Kendall interview on Daystar TV which he says "Know your bible and pray a lot". What worries RT Kendall is that people don't read their Bible anymore. Even Pastors don't read their bibles. He states everyone should have a yearly Bible plan. His word to Charismatics is that they want a touch from the Holy Spirit. But if you are empty headed when you fall to the ground. You will be empthy headed when you get up. So he encourages people to read the bible everyday. RT Kendall is calling for a Word and Spirit movement within the church.

Remnant Radio on Rick Joyner and Chris Vallotton Defending Mike Bickle ihopkc. Michael Miller from Remnant radios talks Mike Bickle ihop scandal. Recently both Rick Joyner from Morningstar Ministries and Chris Vallotton of Bethel Redding came forward to defend Mike Bickle. At the same time neither of these men expressed concern for the victims of Mike Bickle. Rick Joyner called for the restoration of Mike Bickle. Yet their has been no repentance from Mike Bickle. Chris Vallotton says he loves Mike Bickle but didn't mention those hurt by Bickle. Vallotton did later apologize. Yet great damage has been done by these two men. Mike Bickle Latest News Scandal & Allegations Update ihopkc. Julie Roys from the Roys Reprot drop another bombshell article that Misty Edwards was Involved in two adulterous affairs. Two well-known Christian worship leaders, Kevin Prosch and Misty Edwards, privately confessed to a years-long affair that started before Prosch and his second wife divorced, sources told The Roys Report. According to Brent Steeno, Edwards told him about an affair with Prosch in December 2021. Steeno was on staff at ihopkc when Misty Edwards confided in him about these affairs. Steeno said Edwards told him the affair was ongoing and had begun seven years earlier, around 2014. Prosch was married to Shelly Bickle which is Mike Bickle sister but they divorced in 2016. Steeno said Edwards also confessed another secret involving a man she refused to name. Steeno has produced texts with Edwards that corroborate his accounts. Joel Richardson said that Prosch confirmed the affair with Edwards in a three-way call last October between Richardson, Prosch, and Jose Diaz. Also Prosch and Edwards were charged with driving under the influence and public intoxication, respectively. Prosch was also charged with failing to stop at a stop sign and speeding. During their relationship they were also doing drugs. Steeno said he was very concerned about Edwards’ well-being after hearing her confession. So, in January 2022, Steeno said he told two members of IHOPKC’s ELT—former IHOPKC Executive Director Stuart Greaves and Senior VP Lenny LaGuardia—about what Edwards had told him. Despite this, Edwards continued serving on the ELT for another 19 months.So ihopkc basically did nothing and allowed Misty to continue in ministry. This whole dark and sinful narrative is confirmed by many text messages that Steeno provided the Roy report.

Derek Prince Sermon talks Deliverance From the Flesh and Gods Solution for the flesh (sinful nature) is execution. There is no way to bring your fleshly nature into obedience to God. Your sinful nature will never obey God. Accept this as a fact. Don't bring it to church services and church activities. So the remedy for the flesh and sinful nature within us is execution. So Gods solution is execution. The good news of the gospel is that the execution took place when Jesus died on the cross. Now we only have to apply what he did on the cross to our lives. Our "old man" and carnal nature was put to death in Jesus death. So we don't have to do it all over again. We must apply the finished work of the cross in our lives

Because of the fall of Adam we are separated from God in our sins. We are ruined. We do not just need to be improved. We need to be made over. We cannot bridge the gap between us and God. We are sinners. And God is just and righteous. And God is a judge. And he will judge each of us because of our sins. We will judge our thoughts, words and deeds. Voddie Baucham explains that Jesus died for the sins we committed. Jesus purchase our righteousness so he might impute it to us. Voddie end the message saying: "It is only when you acknowledge you sin, turn from your sin, all call on Jesus Christ, And apply that to yourself that you have any hope of being saved". Joel Richardson End Times & Second Coming of Jesus Christ Sermon. Joel Richardson Fai Studios explains that in Isaiah 66 the Lord is coming back with blazing fire to judge the nations with a sword. The sword is the language of Judgement. Jesus is coming back to wage war with his enemies. And a lot of Christians are uncomfortable with this concept. But the single most description of Jesus in the bible is him as a divine warrior. He is coming back to slay his enemies and subdue the wicked. This can only be done through violent and blood war. And yes Ecclesiastes says their is a time for war.

This was on the Joe Rogan Experience with guest Aaron Rodgers in which they talk about Jesus Christ. I think Aaron Rodgers even agreed the world is in a bad place. This might be a great time for the second coming of Jesus Christ.
