Water damaged trailer gets the roof ripped off and replaced with cedar trusses and metal roofing, wet walls and floors also redone. Mouse infiltration was also evident and holes were patched under flooring. Big job, but trailer is now better than before and completely fixed. Budget work, took several months to complete, not for the inexperienced!
