Welcome to my first video. I always found that my anxiety and depression would fade once I began listening to audio of the Holy Bible. I encourage you to listen to these videos, or similar ones, everyday and especially when you feel like falling apart. God keeps us going, His grace is sufficient. Take it from someone who has encountered miraculous healing by simply reading the bible out loud-- The Holy Bible is the most powerful book given to mankind. Whatever you're going through, you will make it through. God didn't bring you this far for nothing. He knows the plans He has for you. Rejoice.
