Drying out your poke berries after plucking them from the stalk is easy...either place them outdoors in a sunny spot with a screen over them ( to protect from bugs) on paper towels or on a rainy day, place them on a household surface to dry. Note: it'll take about a week to dry inside , just three days outside in the sunshine.

Poke Berries have been used by native Americans , Appalachian people as a folk remedy for centuries ....it's properties are able to cleanse the lymphatic system , adrenals , and some even use it for cancer treatment. It's easy to dry them out for later use, also.
