We started this podcast because therapy can only take us so far. The stories of our lives connect and inspire us to become more, to become who we could be. It is our stories that teach us, and show us that our struggles, though difficult, do not have to define or control us. No matter what you think about your story, it matters! It may not be apparent right away but hope is embedded in the nature of every story, and we need hope. So, we are here to share stories from personal to professional.
