Nature’s gym is free.

Just trying to improve my technique.

I often get frustrated at the madness of the world. But sometimes the only thing we can do is rise above it all and we can be reminded of a far greater power that is in nature and we can at least forget for a moment the foolishness of man.

Gym membership can be expensive and recently many have been closed down in the fake belief this will be beneficial to our health! From this the street gym concept is born. Actually it's not a new concept and people have been doing this kind of thing and posting their exploits online for years. In comparison the kind of stuff I do is quite tame but it is from these people I draw much of my inspiration. Warning this is potentially dangerous and should not be tried at home unless you have a big house and really feel like it!

When you live in an oppressive city and places to exercise are increasingly being closed off or closed down what do you do? Sometimes you need to improvise!

Trying to find ways to alleviate my frustration of living in one of the most oppressive cities in the world. A city that was once one of the greatest and freest cities in the world but sadly no longer.
