In Part 1 of this interview Steve Baker introduces Brad Geyer, the defense attorney for January 6th defendant, Ken Harrelson, one of the Oath Keepers charged with the crime of "seditious conspiracy." Mr. Geyer also happens to be Steve's attorney, as well, handling his own threatened prosecution by the DOJ. In this segment, Geyer gives us his background as a former federal prosecutor, why he left the DOJ, and he also speculates as to why after six months since Steve was told by the DOJ that he'd be "charged within the week," that has still not happened. They also take a short diversion into Geyer's concurrent work with victims and the families of those forced into receiving the dangerous drug Remdesivir as part of their COVID-19 treatments. In subsequent parts of this extensive interview, they get deeper into the Harrelson case and the recent feature article by Epoch Times which overviewed Geyer's defense strategy in Harrelson's case -- especially related to the entrapment exercise of apparent agents provocateur run against the Oath Keepers on January 6th. Following today’s unexpected, but fantastically welcome acquittal of J6 defendant Matthew Martin by U.S. District Judge Trevor N. McFadden — after a two-day bench trial — I’ve decided to release more of my own video from that day, raw and without narration. It begins at 9:32am as the crowds are arriving at the Washington Monument lawn, and I show a few minutes of what was happening there at the rally itself, right up until Trump took the stage at 11:57am. Then the video picks up with a short segment showing the kind of people walking toward the Capitol Building before all hell breaks loose in my camera frame at 1:19pm. From there, I show most of the important scenes I captured on the west side battle line until I entered the building shortly after 2:17pm. Following several interior shots, you’ll see Ashli Babbitt being wheeled out of the building on a gurney at exactly 3:00pm. I conclude with some scenes of the National Guard and several police units pushing the remaining crowd away from the Capitol, after dark.
