In a follow-up to my previous video about the alleged shut-down of the New York State GMRS Alliance Club GMRS linked network by the FCC, I interview the president of the the GMRS club, Carl Bourke (WRTE329). He explains how he was informed about the alleged letter from the FCC that let to the shut-down of the club's GMRS Repeater linked network.

The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) of the United States has allegedly requested that a repeater club shut-down a large GMRS repeater network that was linked via the internet for allegedly violating FCC Part 95 Rule 95.1733 and FCC rule Part 95.333. In this video go over the letter that was sent to all the members of the GMRS club that owns the repeater and explain the two rules that the club was allegedly violating by connecting GMRS repeaters over the internet.
