On the 11th of December 2018, the McGann family were illegally evicted from their home by KBC Bank. The dirty work was carried out by a gang of ex-PSNI and ex-British military working for Aidan Devlin of Trinity Asset Management, who were assisted by An Garda Síochána. The man who played a pivotal role in events leading up to the eviction however was former Roscommon County Registrar, Fintan J Murphy. A few days after the eviction, up to 30 supporters of the McGann’s retook possession of the property. On the 2nd of June 2023, three of those men were found guilty of varying offences. Tomorrow morning, Friday 30th June, the men are due to be sentenced in the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin. This video exposes the criminality that took place to evict the McGann family from their home in Falsk, which is just outside Strokestown in county Roscommon. The men facing sentencing tomorrow wanted to stand up against the corruption and help the McGann siblings remain in the home where they’ve lived all their life. Enoch Burke has been incarcerated in Mountjoy prison, Dublin, since the 8th of September 2023, ostensibly for breaching an injunction instructing him to stay away from his former workplace, @WilsonsHospital in Westmeath, a Church of Ireland Diocesan institution. The matter relates to Burke’s religious and moral objection pertaining to addressing a male student by their preferred pronouns, she/her, thereby affirming their alleged gender dysphoria. Having also spent over 100 days in prison in 2022, #EnochBurke has been locked up for nearly 200 days in total. Many regard Burke as a prisoner of conscience, who demonstrates integrity and a determinedness rarely seen in these times, and regardless of whether everyone agrees with his stance or not, it is difficult to deny his tenacity. He is also by all accounts a very proficient and dedicated teacher and very popular amongst his students, with many showing their support for him throughout this debacle. It looks as though this man of God will spend the christian holiday of Christmas in prison, showing he is not backing down. Meanwhile many convicted pedophiles and other serious criminals have walked free from court this year, escaping repercussions for their actions. In this David and Goliath saga it appears that the state will eventually lose. They cannot keep Burke locked up for eternity, and it appears Burke will never purge his contempt regardless.

Today, December 14th 2023, we attended Castlebar Court House for a hearing relating to The Irish Inquiry's objection to the renewal of a liquor licence for Breaffy Woods Hotel, which now operates as a Ukrainian refugee Hotel.

At this New Year's Party for IPAS residents and Ukrainian Refugees in Breaffy, I had some interesting encounters with the Breaffy Community Council, Mayo County Councillors, and an absolutely crazy interaction with the General Manager of Breaffy House, Wilson Bird. Let me know what you think.

Here we expose two new slumlord millionaires, one of whom is rumoured to have bought 160 apartments adjacent to UCD. These two men are heavily profiteering from the people trafficking scam, along with a few other very wealthy individuals and companies, all facilitated by our ever-corrupt Government who are hellbent on ruining Ireland. All of this is done under a banner of humanitarian duty. The reality is very different. Along with greed, there is a much more menacing agenda. On 21st of November 2023 we attempted to serve 4 witness summons in person, after they had previously went unsigned for when sent via registered post. The 4 witnesses will be required to give evidence at a hearing in Castlebar Courthouse on the 14th December in relation to an objection to Breaffy Refugee Centre being granted renewal of their liquor licence. The objection will focus on concerns around the character of the applicant (owners of Breaffy House) and the unfitness of the premises (Woods Hotel / Refugee Centre). The 4 witnesses who we served with witness summons today are... 1. Tom Gilligan, Director of Services at Mayo County Council @TomGilliganMCC 2. Superintendent of Castlebar/Claremorris Gardai @GardaTraffic 3. Wilson Bird, General Manager of #BreaffyHouseResort, @BreaffyResort 4. Dorothy Lynch, Security at Breaffy House Refugee and IPAS Centre. The case will go ahead at 10:30am on the 14th December in Castlebar Courthouse. The hearing is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

Over 700 Ukrainian & International migrants have now moved into the Breaffy House complex. This is 200 more than previously stated. Local residents will have their say at a meeting on Friday night at 7pm in The Ivy Tower Hotel, Castlebar.
