I've been following Caitlin Weeks (also known as Grass Fed Girl) for years, so you can imagine my excitement when she agreed to do an interview with us for The Hart of Health podcast. Caitlin is a holistic nutrition consultant, mom, and carnivore diet queen. She's been on the carnivore diet for roughly 4 years and has been using the diet to help treat her Hashimoto's disease. Caitlin was 99% carnivore while pregnant and has also stuck to her diet while breastfeeding. She runs the website grassfedgirl.com, has a very informative YouTube channel, is a cookbook author, offers carnivore diet coaching, and has created a carnivore diet e-book to help those who want to give this way of eating a try.
