Three sports, three very different training arenas and three radically different kit choices. I want to explore how you can take part in this sport without spending a small fortune and stripping it back to the essentials. I want this channel to be accessible to beginners of each of the sports and Triathlon. I’m not a coach. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m not an ex-pro. I’m just a keen amateur who will finish an event in the bottom third but I do like a bargain and a challenge.
