The man arrested was Brian Espinal from the orange county sheriffs. The arresting agency is St cloud Pd. I don't think they had anything showing or proving he was "street racing". They'll even make things up on each other its sad

this happened in Grady County last year. they said anyone detained, welfare check or not gets cuffed and always goes in the car. I bet they regret not sending medical personnel the right personnel to a medical call. not that it really matter because, as always, the police dont get held accountable for their mistakes. this is pathetic.
