This is nuts, luckily he wasn't hurt bad amd made it out ok. Half the tines it seems like it's the stores fault because they'll call the cos over literally nothing. Not saying here that's what happened but when the cops said it's "investigatory" it leads me to believe they don't actually have anything on him. They also use force all the time when it's not warranted or needed. They're not allowed to use force simply to make you "comply" you need to be a threat or using violence. I heard this call come over the radio last week while I was out in Willimantic and I was close by so I went. Old guy did something with his cane to someone else so it required 3 of them and they had to speed through the park right outside of the children's park and park on the grass. Instead of parking 20 feet away on the road. But what do I knkw, I didn't receive no 6 months of training so🤷. Giller is one of, if not the biggest criminals in that town, but because he works for them they don't do anything to him. If you go talk to members of the community he is the worst and most complained about officer. how many people know the ticket scandal first got uncovered here at Troop E? so this guy reached out to me and asked if I'd ever be interested in going out with em and doing some filming, and I said yea, of course. always down to go out with someone new. as I started talking to him, I found out he was a 100% disabled 20+ combat war vet and that he was having his own issue currently with the state police and the court. the same problem as us. Cops got a call from the neighbor saying there's a guy looking in the windows at the house next door, and he doesn't know who it is. No crime there. So the cops instead of showing uo and knocking on the door and try and figure out what's going in decide trying to get the kids id before knowing if there is a crime on not is the way to go.
