Developed by Ludosity back in 2013. We take a look at this charming game considered to be the flagship for this Swedish developer. Is it one of the best Zelda clones or is it one of a million?

Two Good Hours - #4 - Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX
Originally streamed on 06/30/2021
Before Sega was a power house with its mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog. Sega had a mascot named Alex Kidd way back in 1986. 35 years later, Merge Games and Jankenteam released a remake of the original game.
Does it rock? Does it make the cut? Or is the margin for error tight? (Paper puns are hard. I hope you see what I was trying to do there.)

Two Good Hours - #3 - Mario Golf Super Rush Complete
Originally streamed on 06/26/2021
Welcome to the first half of the first blind playthrough of "Two Good Hours"!
For Breath of the Wild and Golf Story, I had experiences with those games. But with Mario Golf Super Rush? It was an all-new, first time experience right here. Does the game live up to its predecessors or should you be dusting off those old consoles?
Now, before you say "Hey, games are complicated pieces of media! You can't give me a rating with decimals, or a letter grade. That's barely enough time to critique it."
We get acquanted with Mario Golf Super Rush's mechanics and physics. Does it get a green jacket or does it have poor form?
And to that I say, you're right! Two hours is barely enough time to adequately rate a game.
I give you two hours with a game, along with a binary rating system of "PASS" or "FAIL" while you decide if a game is worth your time!

A New Year, and a new holiday event in Eorzea! (Or at least when I write this. At the time, I thought it would be a good idea to stockpile videos). This is the New Years event, Heavensturn, for 2024.

Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting! Those cats were fast as lightning! In fact it was a little bit frightening... because these are sentient robots and they are set to destroy.

Checking out the Contra: Operation Galuga Demo
I was never any good at Contra games. Not to say I don't like them, but I was always terrible at them. I liked the Wayforward developed Contra 4 and wanted more. More than a decade later we are getting it with Contra: Operation Galuga. And it's Wayforward developed again?
Hell yeah!

I wanted to check out the Dungeon Editor for a bit here. I rarely, if ever, go for all the heart pieces. But I felt like doing it this time.
We also get the Ocarina and learn the Ballad of the Wind Fish from Marin.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (2019) - #3 - Inside the Key Cavern
Originally streamed on 07/29/2022
Kind of a long one, but we had a lot of stuff to do! A few heart pieces, a few shells, Kanalet Castle, and the Key Cavern. This is a busy one!
We talk a lot about wrestling at this one. A lot has happened when recording it and I talk about what things could be. For the first time in years, I am at least mildly interested in what WWE could do.
At one point I made a reference to this game, The Legend of Kusakari on the 3DS. Check it out, if you still can...

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (2019) - #2 - Inside the Bottle Grotto
Originally streamed on 07/26/2022
Man, I really do like these dungeons originally designed for handhelds. One screens rooms, not too complicated of a layout, and the combat here has really improved. I mean, this is the fourth Zelda game and though this is the remake, I feel like they nailed this down.
We also check out Dampe's Dungeon Adventure. I think it's... interesting. Definitely deserves its criticisms but I also can't imagine a full-fledged "Zelda Maker" in this remake. It would have been too much. I'm still going to periodically check back on this to get any items we'll need for completion.
...I still want that Zelda Maker game though...
