just testing out how my phone records, the idea is to eventually have a front facing camera, and switch between them during editing.. so this is just a clip of me testing/practicing recording than anything else..... may need a mic on the back too? doesn't really pick up the exhaust. 1 lb lean hamburger 9oz box oven ready Lasagna 16oz cottage cheese 15oz ricotta cheese 8oz Italian style cheese 8oz 5 cheese Italian blend 2- 2lb Ragu meat sauce cook time abt 30 mn at 375, watch the food, may need to turn it down to 300 for the last 10mn. then top with cheese, cook another 7 to 10mn until cheese is melted. let sit a few minutes to thicken up. 1 1/4 cup warm water 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 3 1/4 cup all purpose flour 2 tbs butter 2 tsp salt can be topped with poppy seeds, and or coarse salt, do so after rolhiky rises, before placing in oven. great with butter, ham, cheese, jam, salami, or whatever you wish to stuff them with. 1- 14.5oz can diced tomatoes, untrained 2 cans rotel (I used mild, but would suggest medium or hot) 1- 14.5oz can chicken broth 1- cup quaker medium barley 4- cups water 1- tbs chili powder 1- tsp cumin abt 1.5 lb cooked, diced, chicken breast(bite sized) 1- 15oz can black beans drained 1- 15.5oz can corn, drained *optional* shredded cheddar cheese sour cream salt to taste, I found that it needs salt, added 1 tbs.
