Persona 3 Reload, Part 20: New Teammates: Doggos, Downers, And Decade-Olds
After a brief restart to the school year, we're back in Tartarus; this time with Koromaru, Ken, and Shinji. Koro's God-tier for this block, Shinji is plenty fine but a little more narrowly-tailored than Akihiko, Ken... is strong but just can't replace Yukari--sorry bruv.
If you're young or a parent and are reading this: this is a dark game. It is rated M for mature because it does exceed T in some things. There is no sex (though there is the occasional suggestiveness you'd expect from pubescents), there is death but it's mostly unrealistic (fantasy monsters) and not shown (happens just off screen), the summoning comes off as dark, but quickly fades into the background. Some blood and mature language is found here. I feel any normal high schooler since at least the 1980s has been exposed to this content in their daily lives besides magical fantasy violence. This is not for 8 year olds; 12 year olds probably can handle it depending on maturity, 15 year olds almost certainly can.

I get energy drinks for kissing the doggo's ring, we go through a movie marathon, and Mitsuru gets a valuable point as the Devil misses one himself.

Finally getting out of the Dark Hour to... go right back in. A surprise for the team but not the player, FINALLY FREE FROM THE MOON, and the goodest boi is more than just on the mend.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 16: Grinding Like a Millstone
I thought this would go faster, but there was actually a lot to do in Tartarus today. Elizabeth being cryptic, some.. *ahem* interesting armor for Yukari, and a couple last second rescues lead us to the highest point we can reach for now.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 13: Dark Revelations And Sunny Beaches
Junpei attempts to rescue my opinion of him, Mitsuru thinks the origin of the Dark Hour and Tartarus is unimportant information, and Fuuka is so good at corporate espionage, she gets a promotion. Later, I form an unbreakable bond with someone I don't actually know, we recruit an elementary schooler to fight alongside us in actually hell, and Elizabeth faces the insurmountable perils of a strip mall with childlike glee.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 12: Field Trip To The Red-Light District
We rescue people at the last second; not because we're cool, but because we're lazy. After that Yuki goes to a seedy motel with Yukari... and the rest of the crew too. Lastly, we are introduced to the Moon, who promptly shidded.
My title card has never stopped using Calibri, but has changed for the third time; I dunno.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 11: Making Room In The Fridge
Everyone has room in the fridge except for me so we can go on our cooking escapades. Independent of that fact, Ole McShatterknee struggles with his head-to-posterior ratio, and we get closer to Strength, who is barely different in this iteration, but somehow still better.
On the topic of Strength, I felt like something was off, and went back to check, and they did change one of her social link conversations for the worse, thematically. Self-harm? central aspect of this game. Wondering if you eat too much (because you're an *athlete*) or if less muscular girls or more pretty to the average guy? Unacceptable self-image problems.
Ah 2020's sensibilities. Powerful...ly stupid.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 10: TAIYAKI, FRIDGE, TAIYAKI, FRIDGE, TAIYAKI, FRIDGE
The game introduced me to the place I've been living in for months to try and make me forget that it's 0.000001 m^3 available in the freezer day. Maiko is more responsible than her parents. Akihiko has the ability to put his meal preps in the transdimensional space that apparently exists in the freezer (THERE IS NONE). We have a Revelations Persona about the Hermit, and the Chariot is trying to keep running with his knee on backwards. Also, we meet the goodest doggo.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 9: Getting A Stairmaster To Fight Satan
I got my animu powers of believin' in myself and went to Tartarus... twice.
(Honestly, not a lot happened this episode; I'm not going to lie to you.)
I seem to have gotten the reverb sound out that was in the last episode. I play with surround-sound speakers, and the natural offset was making the game sound like it was in an auditorium. I tweaked the offset, and could only hear it a little in Akihiko's S's.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 8: Giving a Fuuka
Sorted out kiddo's attempt to make me the bad guy, Yukari gets us in the hottest of water, and the elderly couple make an all or nothing decision without considering any alternatives. We finally figure out the thing that was explicitly told to us last month right as Fuuka shows up, and she is even better than ever... followed by a kinda cringe scene.

Persona 3 Reload, Part 7: Accessory To Every Crime
Kenji is trying to be part of a statistic that puts the church to shame, Maiko is making me accessory to crimes against children for several days straight by not fleshing out this conversation all at once, and Akihiko is trying to start a fight with a gang before snitching himself out to the cops; I'm just here. At least Yukari didn't tell me abou... She told me, now I'm part of that too.

You have to join the track team instead of having a choice, but I guess they already spent enough on the voice budget; restoring original choices could probably be included in a Ultra Final Mix or something.
