Time to clean up Gents! Cut the crap and get healthy.
Less junk food, fast food, fried food, snack food, gatorades & juices, beer & alcohol.
More lean meat, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables, rice, potatoes, Greek yogurt, whey protein shakes, water, black coffee & tea.
Walk as much as possible even if it means walking after dinner instead of heading right for the couch.
Workout 2-4 times per week even if it’s 15 minutes long.
Getting physically healthier benefits you but also benefits the people around you because you’ll be more capable to protect & serve them.
Also by getting physically healthier you will simultaneously get mentally healthier. Say good bye to those “mental health” meds … because you won’t need ‘em.
Work hard. Stay disciplined. Be consistent. Stay patient. Adjust when you have too.
