StopBadTenants.com is the brainchild of two landlords that have been through all sorts of ups and downs in the business. We decided to act to help other landlords and investors protect their investments.

StopBadTenants.com will help landlords hold tenants responsible for their actions if they refuse to abide by the terms of their lease. Landlords will have the ability to list these types of tenants on our website as less than desirable renters. As a result, renters would think twice about damaging a rental property and violating a lease agreement. It would also give potential landlords a valuable, accurate look into a potential tenant’s rental history potentially saving thousands of dollars in future repairs and wasted time.

Our service also provides a way for tenants to contact landlords, through the safety of the site, to set up arrangements for restitution for property damages made before, during and after eviction.

We have geared our site as a way for Landlords and Property Owners to get an accurate representation of a potential tenant's rental history. However, We also believe in "second chances". Therefore, we have also designed our site to help educate and train individuals, that may have had difficulties in the past as a tenant, to become good and desirable tenants.
