Secondly, The United Nations started a program in 2018 called the “Legal Identity Agenda” - “Sustainable Development Goal Target 16.9 ("legal identity for all, including birth registration, by 2030"). [Note: 10 year timeframe] This appears to be the mechanism for the approaching Global Universal ID system. It seems that the “legal basis” for this is Article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and Article 16 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights - where “Everyone has the right to be recognized as a person before the law” and a “right to birth registration”. The Convention on the Rights of the Child has also been cited. So there you go - the UN is effectively using its own so-called “human rights” conventions as the basis to create the approaching worldwide slavery.
