Transformers: Dark of the Moon | Movie Review
Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) and his new girlfriend, Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), join the fray when the evil Decepticons renew their longstanding war against the Autobots. Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen) believes that resurrecting ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime (Leonard Nimoy), once the leader of the Autobots, may lead to victory. That decision, however, has devastating consequences; the war appears to tip in favor of the Decepticons, leading to a climactic battle in Chicago.

Meanwhile, Optimus Prime and the Autobots are working with a secret military organization and trying to make a home for themselves on Earth. When an ancient Decepticon known as The Fallen rises up to wreak vengeance, Sam and his girlfriend, Mikaela, must figure out the history of the Transformers on Earth and find a way to defeat The Fallen once and for all.

Welcome to my new segment: FRANCHISES! Every month I'll be reviewing franchises. So I figured why not start with one of the most famous (and most laughed at) franchises of all time and see if I have anything to contribute to the conversation. Here, I take a look at the the first in the Transformers franchises directed by Michael Bay. This is the one that people call "the good one."
I definitely have...thoughts.
The Flash | Movie Review
Worlds collide when the Flash uses his superpowers to travel back in time to change the events of the past. However, when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, he becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation. With no other superheroes to turn to, the Flash looks to coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian -- albeit not the one he's looking for.
DC...hasn't exactly had the best track record lately. Can the same be said about the highly anticipated (?) Flash?
