Taco wings
Taco wings Side:
Celery
Bell Peppers
16 oz sour cream mixed with 1 Ranch Packet
Wings:
Apply 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder and 1 packet taco seasoning directly to raw wings and mix.
Sauce:
Use 1 stick of butter,15 oz taco sauce, about 8 oz hot sauce, 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing and an additional packet of taco seasoning on stove top on low.
Cooking:
Grill wings until fat is rendered and they become crispy. Cover with sauce and toss.

Beef ribs, St. Louis, or Baby back ribs?
Beef Ribs, Pork St. Louis Ribs, and Baby Back Ribs with grilled spicy okra.
All ribs rubbed down with a custom blend of spices consisting of ground mustard, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, celery salt, and other spices.
Spicy Grilled Okra: 2 lbs fresh okra, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin. Skewer and grill on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Smoke ribs at 250 degrees fahrenheit using applewood chips, smoke until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees fahrenheit. Remove ribs from smoker and wrap in aluminum foil, continue to smoke until temperature reaches 190 degrees fahrenheit.
Remove ribs from foil and grill at a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes each side to make the outside crispy. Cover ribs, let them rest for 1 hour and serve.

Sirloin tip
Seasoning paste:
2 tablespoons of garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon oregano
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Radishes:
Clean, cut the ends off & cut in half.
Parboil for 8 minutes. Drain & season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill in grill basket for 15 minutes on medium high heat.
Silver side roast:
Rub with seasoning paste and marinate for 24 hours. Hard sear on the grill, turn down the temperature to about 350° and grill until internal temperature reaches 120°. Wrap in foil and let rest for 15 minutes.
Steaks:
Run through tenderizer or use a mallet to tenderize then add seasoning paste. Cook in cast-iron skillet for 2 minutes on each side.
Top with bone marrow.
Bone marrow:
Cook at 450° for 15 minutes or until bone marrow is bubbling.

Beer can chicken vs. wine can chicken
Two whole chickens, one can of beer, and one can of wine.
Seasoning rub :
For both:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Olive oil
For wine can chicken only:
Italian seasoning
Juice from half a lemon
For beer can chicken only:
Half yellow onion
Season both sides well including under the skin an in the cavity.
Insert can of beer and Wine into each of the chicken cavities. Grill on indirect heat for about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°
Add Buffalo sauce and garlic parmesan sauce when chicken reaches an internal temperature of 140°

Mushroom sauce and chicken thighs
INGREDIENTS
4 to 5 Chicken Thighs (boneless skinless)
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil or half Truffle oil & olive oil
½ Small onion diced
8 ounces Baby bella mushrooms sliced
1 Tablespoon Cloves Garlic minced
1 Cup Heavy cream ( can substitute with half and half just and 2 tablespoons of butter)
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard (can substitute with regular yellow mustard)
1 Cup Chicken bone broth
½ Tablespoon Dried parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper
2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and cook the chicken thighs on both sides until brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to insure they are 165F internal temperature. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. Lower the heat to medium and add in the onions. Cook until translucent. Add in the garlic, and the mushrooms. Continue to cook for 8 to 10 more minutes until the mushrooms are browned
4. Add in the heavy cream, chicken bone broth and dijon mustard. Bring the sauce to a boil and let cook over medium high heat until reduced by half.
5. Add in the parsley and the lemon juice.
6. Add the chicken back to the pan and you’re ready to eat.

Beef tenderloin fillet
16 oz fresh Green beans
8 ounces baby Portabella mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoons white truffle oil
Garlic powder to taste
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Add truffle oil to hot skillet. add mushrooms cook for about five minutes. Add green beans cover until desired done this is achieved. add garlic powder and finish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
1 Whole Beef tenderloin, cut into the steaks.
Season to taste with salt pepper and garlic
Grill on charcoal grill. hard searon both sides, about 2 min each side. Then indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 110°. let rest for five minutes and serve!
