Make Health A Priority
A healthy person has a thousand wishes, a sick person only one.
Remember that one of the devil’s strategies of spiritual warfare is to influence people to not take care of their health.
For many people, if they are in bad health, it is because of the choices they make every day, choosing to sit and not move their body, choosing to eat crap over healthy food, choosing to think negative over positive, more often than not.
If you don’t make the time for your wellness… you’ll be forced to make time for your illness, with doctor visits and mountainous medical bills.
